Proseguimento con la visita dell'antica capitale di Angkor Thom: Fermati alla Porta Sud per scattare qualche foto lungo la strada per il tempio di Bayon: Il Bayon con le sue 54 torri di enigmatici volti sorridenti dei compassionevole, Boddhisattva, la vicina montagna-tempio di Baphuon, il recinto reale con il tempio Phimeanakas, la Terrazza degli Elefanti e la Terrazza del Re Lebbroso.
Il più famoso tra questi è il tempio Ta Prohm, costruito tra la metà del XII e l'inizio del XIII secolo. Ta Prohm è unico in quanto è stato lasciato in gran parte così come è stato trovato: Ricoperto da alberi e viti della giungla, con molte parti del tempio che crollano al suolo. Ciò rende Ta Prohm uno dei templi di Angkor più pittoreschi e memorabili.

Two excellent days spent in Siem Reap thanks to Pierre, visiting the site of Angkor from sunrise and the floating village! Thanks to Pierre for his detailed explanations and his very pleasant personality, as well as to his dad who drove us everywhere in tuk tuk! Jz highly recommended!

Pierre is an excellent guide! He speaks very good French, he is kind and professional. His father is the driver of the trailer. Throughout the day, he would offer us bottles of water to always stay hydrated! At noon, they brought us to a very good Khmer restaurant😋 We made the tour at sunrise and all the rest of the day. They picked us up directly from the bus stop, having taken a night bus arriving at 3:30 am in Siem Reap. He takes some really nice pictures. The only thing I can say is: Go ahead!
