With Mourad we prepared an egg kefta as in Marrakech he took the time to show everything without pressure and we followed at our own pace then we tasted together it was generous and full of taste a natural experience and no chichi
At Chef Said we tried msemen and it was super interesting she explained with simplicity and we put our hands to the dough from start to finish then we tasted them hot with tea a sweet and authentic moment
We spent a great time with Mourad making fish with chermoula from scratch he showed us everything in a relaxed way and let us enjoy the process then we shared the meal together it tasted fresh vibrant and full of character definitely a memorable experience
We joined Mourad for a cooking session where we made traditional rfissa together everything felt natural and relaxed he guided us step by step and shared little tips along the way then we sat down and enjoyed the dish it was rich tasty and full of flavor honestly such a genuine experience
We had a lovely time with Chef Saïda preparing a classic Moroccan zaalouk the atmosphere was easygoing and friendly we followed each step and really got involved and when it was ready we tasted it together fresh simple and super delicious a truly enjoyable moment
At Chef Saida we learned how to make a real Moroccan harira in a family and friendly atmosphere each step was explained simply and we participated in everything then we settled down to taste it and it was comforting and delicious a sincere experience as we love them
With Mourad we started to prepare a local lemon chicken tagine everything was done quietly with his tricks and humor then we took the time to taste together and frankly the taste was exceptional a real moment of discovery and pleasure
We had a really pleasant time with Chef Saida where we made a traditional pastilla from start to finish the atmosphere was relaxed she explained with passion and patience and at the end when we tasted the result it was just beautiful an experience full of sharing and flavors
I had a very nice experience with the cooking class hosted by Chef Saida everything was simple warm and especially very authentic we prepared a real Moroccan couscous in a friendly atmosphere then we tasted it together and frankly the taste was delicious it is really nice to cook and share this human moment I highly recommend for those who want to discover real Moroccan cuisine ❤️
