big scam, no pickup, we waited for 30 minutes at the bottom of the hotel, we had no news from the driver named boubaker. so we canceled at 10:30 AM for a refund. At 10:55 AM he contacted us for a pickup at 11:00 AM even though we had canceled. We got insulted on the phone and they told us it was our fault. We paid 160 euros for 2 people and no one came to pick us up!!!!! Viator is very bad, bad!!! Book on get your guide, they are more serious and I have never had a problem with them!!
Madame, Votre commentaire ne reflète absolument pas les faits. Notre chauffeur s'est bien présenté au point de prise en charge et a tenté de vous contacter. Malheureusement, les coordonnées fournies lors de votre réservation ne permettaient pas de vous joindre. Après avoir finalement réussi à vous contacter, vous aviez déjà décidé d'annuler l'activité et d'exiger un remboursement. Malgré les frais engagés et la mobilisation de notre équipe, nous avons accepté de vous rembourser intégralement à titre commercial. Il est donc regrettable de publier un avis affirmant que personne ne s'est présenté alors que notre chauffeur était bien sur place. Nous respectons les avis de nos voyageurs lorsqu'ils reflètent fidèlement leur expérience. En revanche, nous ne pouvons pas laisser des affirmations inexactes porter atteinte au travail de notre équipe. C'est pourquoi nous avons demandé à Viator d'examiner cet avis. Late picking us up and didn’t do the jet ski part of the trip, the quad biking on the beach was the best quad biking experience I’ve ever had but the organisers of completing our chosen activities have let us down.. They have not responded to my message about this yet
Too well, a guide was with me whether as a passenger or pilot too good experience. Plan a comfortable outfit... don’t expect to stay dry 😅
Really enjoyed this 2 daughters came & as thier 1st time each had an instructor on the back with them. Made them feel safe but also encouraged them to really open up the throttle.
It was a great experience and the guides were very friendly, we even got a cop of thee and cookies afterwards.
Beautiful quad bike ride the course was top on the beach the incredible view took a pack quad and jet ski have fun I recommend them 100% thanks to Boubaker.

I enjoyed the two activities we did. The quad bikes and jetski. The tour company was fantastic and I would recommend them.
Very good jet-ski session, equipment in good condition and sensations at the rendezvous! Too bad the staff wasn’t warmer, which would have made the experience even better.
