We booked a few different trips with this company and all of them were an amazing experience, I tried other hammam when I was here before and was no where near as good as this one, Khalid went above and beyond for me and my mum, so accommodating and kind and respectful towards my mammy aswell which she absolutely laps up. When we revisit we will 100% book with this company again
We are a booking with Halim, we have a few excursions already booked with him. We have a 5 star service. He was very supportive and the places he took us to were amazing. The man with the camels put us at ease when we were very nervous and the massages were great. Thank you very much.

We were warmly welcomed. It was good to start with a presentation of cosmetic products, but it wasn't a problem. Bargaining is also expected here. Then we went up a few stairs to undress and then to the hamam, which was very relaxing, as was the subsequent massage, which was very professional. The 2 hours were worth every cent. Therefore, we can definitely recommend it. We were here with a rental car. We were sent a link via WhatsApp so that we could easily find the location.

We had booked and paid online. So had the scrub first. The lady left a bowel wirh some money for tip. We gave it, as we enjoyed the scrub. Then she led us to our massage. Again we enjoged it. Again anorher bowl was placed for tips. Please put 1 tip box or bowel.

Incredible experience with a 4 year old. The ladies here made this a lovely family experience. The massage was amazing. Thank you a lovely afternoon. Included prompt pick up and drop off from our hotel ( even though it wasn’t on the list when we booked)

Our booking was cancelled by WhatsApp call 5 minutes before pickup. Very disappointed! I hope my refund is made.
You dont have to be disppointed , cause thigs like that can happen , and was not expected to cancel reservation that day . Life is beautiful even with littel problems samtimes Have a good day
The hammam and massage were great. We had the last session at 6pm. We were the only couple. The massage was amazing and knocked us into a deep relaxation. The rooms were cleaned and well decorated. It was in a traditional house. The glove for the scrub, we didn’t know if it was old or new. It would have been better to open the glove in front of us for hygiene purpose. They asked for tips but we didn’t have cash. I would recommend to have machine to give tips because nowadays it’s cashless.

The spa and massage were amazing. The women were very kind and knowledgeable surrounding the services they provide. Best massage, I fell asleep twice. We came to the area on a cruise, make sure you select a pick up spot away from the Port and away from a sea of taxi drivers. That can be extremely overwhelming.
