Il tempio di Varaha è uno degli antichi di Pushkar dedicato a Lord Vishnu. Il tempio è considerato uno degli otto Swayambhu Kshetra di Vishnu. Il tempio di Varaha fu costruito nel 12° secolo dal re Anaji Chouhan che era il nonno del re Prithviraj Chauhan e successivamente fu distrutto dal sovrano moghul Aurangzeb. Fu nuovamente ricostruito nel 18° secolo da Raja Sawai Mann Singh 2. Il tempio ha una struttura elegante ed è fortemente decorato con preziosi ornamenti, pietre. Il tempio è famoso per la sua bellissima architettura e fotografia.

Questo Ghat fu costruito dal re di Amer Raja Mann Singh 1 all'inizio del XVI secolo. Successivamente fu ristrutturato da Jai Singh nel 18° secolo. Questo Ghat è anche conosciuto come Sunset Point, Raj Ghat. Guarderemo il tramonto da Jaipur ghat con bellissime fotografie e storia.
Brahma Ghat per la cerimonia del fuoco Qui sperimentiamo rituali serali affascinanti e mozzafiato. La serata Aarti è un'esperienza da non perdere a Pushkar. È per tutti coloro che cercano tranquillità e calma. Ci si può perdere nei canti e nella fragranza dei bastoncini di incenso e delle rose. I suoni melodiosi delle campane provengono da numerosi templi tutt'intorno. L'atmosfera è divina e impareggiabile. Persone in gran numero si radunano attraverso i ghat, specialmente al Brahma Ghat per assistere all'arte serale.
Tempio di Atmateshwar dedicato a Lord Shiva. Costruito nel XII secolo d.C., questo tempio rupestre sotterraneo del Signore Shiva è famoso in tutto il mondo per le sue intricate sculture architettoniche Hemadpanti e i suoi allettanti design. Il soffitto di questo tempio è ricavato da un'unica pietra. Il lingam principale assomiglia totalmente al tempio di Mahakaal Ujjain. Il tempio è famoso per la sua affascinante architettura e storia.
Camminando lungo i ghat attraverso il cammino spirituale verso Brahma Ghat dove puoi offrire cerimonie per la tua famiglia e preghiere speciali per gli antenati. È uno degli importanti Ghat nel lago. Brahma Ghat è famoso per Maha Arti. Shri Jayendra Saraswati fece costruire il famoso tempio di Shankaracharya all'ingresso del Ghat.
Questo è l'unico tempio in tutto l'universo dedicato a Lord Brahma. La struttura del tempio risale al XIV secolo in parte rimaneggiata successivamente. L'intero tempio è fatto di pietre di marmo bianco e nero. Il cancello a pilastri conduce a due piccoli templi dei Guardiani Lord Indra e Lord Kuber sul lato destro e sinistro. La tartaruga d'argento siede sul pavimento di fronte a Sanctorum (Garbhgriha) compattandosi con l'idolo di Lord Brahma. L'idolo di Brahma è dotato di quattro facce con la dea Gayatri. Questo idolo di Brahma fu sfidato in garbhagriha nel 718 d.C. da Adi Shankara. Il tempio è governato da Sanayasi (monaci).
Uno dei più antichi famosi templi religiosi di Pushkar situato vicino a Varaha Ghat nel centro della città. Il vecchio tempio Rangji è un tempio di 200 anni dedicato al signore Vishnu. Il tempio fu commissionato per essere costruito nell'anno 1823 da un ricco mercante Seth Puran Mal Ganeriwal di Hyderabad. Il tempio ospita gli idoli di Lord Rangji, idoli di Lord Krishna, Goddammahi, Dea Lakshmi e Shri Ramanujacharya, Venu Gopal e Narsingh. Il tempio è famoso per la sua architettura mozzafiato dell'India meridionale con il suo alto Gopuram.
Dopo aver completato il tempio di Brahma, ci dirigiamo verso il mercato principale attraverso le stradine con incredibili punti di fotografia, raggiungeremo Halwai Gali (famoso per Malpuas) e Gandhi Ghat.

The tour was very interesting, it allowed us to learn about Hindu religion but not that, we could visit a Sikh guru wara, drink a cellar in front of sunset, participate in a fire puja. I recommend!

Manu was a very fine guide explained everything clearly took the time and the tour by pushcart was very special. The temples knows a lot about it. The rituals were more like special. Definitely recommended.

Today I had an absolutely outstanding walking tour in Pushkar with Manish.
