Scopri gli artisti e le leggende che hanno reso famosa la città e goditi il fascino del sud del mercato, della città vecchia e dei caffè che sono appena stati rinnovati per avere un assaggio dello sfarzo e del glamour che il Sud ha da offrire. Nel corso della vostra passeggiata lungo le strade più famose della Croisette, preparatevi a salire a tutta velocità i gradini del Festival.

Edifici di tre e quattro piani in stile italiano si addossano alla collina di Suquet, che fa da sfondo scenografico al molo. Lungo il lato del Porto Vecchio di una strada a due corsie e di un ampio passaggio pedonale, una fila di ristoranti estende le proprie terrazze su un ampio marciapiede-lungomare fiancheggiato da palme alla base degli edifici.
Quando la gente pensa a Cannes, spesso pensa alla strada collinare, tortuosa e acciottolata fiancheggiata da ristoranti locali in Rue St. Antoine, che si trova a Le Suquet, l'antica città.
Situato nel punto più basso del distretto, Marché Forville è un mercato coperto di prim'ordine della Riviera. All'interno degli ampi locali del mercato c'è una sezione dedicata ai fiori profumati.
Cavalli e carrozze usano Rue Meynadier dal XVI secolo. Oggi lo usano solo i pedoni e lo fanno per seguire i loro capricci lungo una vivace strada commerciale dove il macellaio siede accanto al casaro e le boutique di moda sono circondate dai prodotti locali. Cedi al suo fascino e lasciati ammaliare dalle location che ti condurranno direttamente al Suquet.
Gli Allées de la Liberté sono situati proprio nel centro della città, ai piedi del centro storico della città, tra il Cours Félix Faure recentemente ristrutturato e il lungomare Pantiero. Rappresentano il connubio inscindibile tra le origini locali della città e la sua apertura al mondo.
Centro congressi a Cannes, in Francia, il Palais des Festivals et des Congrès ospita il Festival di Cannes, il Festival Internazionale della Creatività di Cannes Lions e il NRJ Music Award.
La Croisette è un'iconica passerella sul lungomare di Cannes e la spiaggia che la costeggia è una lunga distesa di sabbia pubblica.

It was inspiring to know from the tour guide, as to how a small village evolved into this artistic powerhouse. We meandered through bustling markets with vibrant stalls and we also sampled some local cuisine. Highly recommend walking tour.

My husband and I were visiting Nice as part of our river cruise. We had a local guide who took us on an excursion of Cannes, Antibes and St. Paul de Vence. What a wonderful time we had in the beautifully luxurious, fascinating, photographic Cannes with lots to see and experience. The seaside promenade, the Boulevard de la Croisette was simply "The Place" to see, enjoy and spend time photographing the magnificent hotels, exclusive boutiques, antique shops, galleries, and nightclubs. One of the most beautiful sites, except for the azure blue sky, water, golden sandy beaches, is the casino with all the luxurious cars parked outside and people dressed to the "hilt". And although Cannes is not particularly famous for its religious side, however, it does feature a good number of beautiful churches with impressive architecture. There is so much to see in Cannes besides the Film Festival. We did not have enough time here but we will definitely be back to spend at least a day or two. This is a place you don't want to miss!
