I provided flight information upon booking airport pickup in KL on Viator, and for the 2nd time to the tour company directly before departure. My information was not passed onto the driver which resulted in the driver going to the wrong terminal. Since the driver didn’t realize he was at the wrong terminal, I was given nonsensical instructions and walked in circles for 40 minutes. Eventually the driver came to the right location and to be clear he was not at fault. I place 100% of the blame on the tour company for not communicating crucial customer details. I will just get a Grab or Taxi next time.
Hi sir thanks for your comment , appreciate it . There is mislead from the driver , we already pass all the details on the pick up and drop off but the driver mislooked it . We already warned him on his action. My apologies on this matter. We will make sure this doesn't repeat again. Sorry for the inconvenience sir.
Our driver was on time and was very responsive to messages regarding our airport pick up. Highly recommend!
