Aeroporto di Seoul Gimpo (GMP) Trasferimento a Seoul/Suwon/Seongnam/Yongin

Avoid this airport service. When I was booking our airport transportation to the hotel, they showed a big van as the vehicle. Then right before the booked date i got an email and showed that the vehicle is a Toyota Camry. When the driver showed up at the airport he was driving a much smaller car than a Camry. Our luggages did not fit and we had to put some luggage on our lap, making a VERY uncomfortable ride from Incheon airport to Seoul.

Driver picked us up inside the airport , walked us to the car and brought us to the hotel . He was very professional.

My driver Cui was there on time and ready to pick me up and drop me off at the hotel. Such a quiet ride after a 15 hours long flight.

This experience was perfect. My flight from the United States was 2 hours late. I had a connection at a different airport and was so scared I would miss my flight. I was shocked to see the company had waited for me and didn’t charge for the extra time. Meeting up with the driver was so easy. As I landed he texted me directions of where to go with some pictures so I knew I was in the right place. 5 minutes later the driver came. He helped with my bags and was so kind. When we got to Gimpo airport he had the bags out and on a cart before I could even get out of the car. So nice. He dropped me off right in front of where I needed to be. Because of this experience I was able to make my flight with 15 minutes. Life savers. I will DEFINITELY use again next time.

Driver was friendly and was great to talk to! Clean car. Water was very appreciated. Service was not overbearing but just right. He made us feel very comfortable.

Not happy with our transportation at Seoul, driver never came to pick up area in airport instead In parking structure in basement and spoke zero English, 1st Viator charge 80 dollars, then added extra 35 dollars for us arriving later then driver charged extra fee of 54 dollars, he said for his wait time and 2 small carryons bags, horrible experience, he was very rude too, all about extra money, don’t plan to use next time.

Good communication and restful journey despite a lot of traffic. Very patient driver. Thanks. Will defintely use again.

The driver, for some reason, had the wrong destination address and did not speak and English which made communicating the correct address difficult hence the ride took nearly 2 hours instead of 1. Not what you want after 20 hours of flying.

On time at pick-up place. Give clear and specific instructions. Easy to communicate from pre-departure up to arrival time.

Driver arrived in a timely manner. Helped with all the luggage. Hope they would play some kpop songs driving to airport. :)
