Your company was not there to pick us up from port to bring us to Volcano view hotel. I would like our money back as soon as possible. Thanks
Good evening . ANA CHAVEZ You have confused the companies. We were traveling together in Mykonos from your hotel to the port. Our company has offices in Mykonos. You are looking for Santorini transportation, we do not have Santorini offices. Our reservation was for Mykonos. BR-1284911289
Our driver was George I highly recommend him made our arrival and departure pleasant. Easy to communicate with.
Maria was very kind and courteous when transferring my wife & I from private beaches back to our cruise ship. She even went out of her way to find a quicker route than what GPS was providing her to make sure the we got back to our ship in time for leaving Mykonos.
No one contacted us, the pick up was at new port. I paid and had no way to communicate with anyone. So money was lost.
Ask for George!! He was great & We utilized his services solely during our entire stay ...every taxi and transfer we had on Mykonos! He was always there within 15min. and honest. Once I accidentally hand him a larger Euro denomination and he hand it back to correct me on my mistake knowing that I misheard him! Honest Driver!!
Hassle free & reliable transportation… Driver was on time and friendly. Mykonos is a bit difficult to drive in so having transportation is helpful
Ferry arrived an hour late but George was there waiting for us. Got us to our hotel with no issues. Would definitely recommend as taxis are hard to come by on Mykonos
my evening flight from Mykonos to Milan was canceled due to technical problems with the plane. 180 passengers needed accommodation for the night, as well as transport from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. The assistant George E. Alexandrakis was able to handle the situation in the best possible way, speaking cordially with each passenger and above all by staying with us until we were all on the direct transport to the hotel. It was 4 in the morning and when I took the plane the next day, he was still there to say hello and thank us.
Was prompt and professional. Willing to work on a flexible schedule on short notice. Really appreciated it. Made our time in Mykonos an absolute breeze.
