The Viatour activity provider (Elife Las Vegas) did not show up at the Inchon-Seoul airport to take us to our downtown hotel. The contact number was for the Airport Information desk. Recommend the activity provider that was booked for me, for the Inchon-Seoul airport (ICN), be removed as a provider for Viatour. I have always had excellent service with Viatour activity providers --- this one (Elife Las Vegas) does not measure up!

Driver had no name sign, just a pic of me. Took us 1 hours to connect even though near each other. Never got a message where he was

Be aware that you don't get met outside immigration, you have to collect your luggage and walk outside to a designated area, however driver was prompt and very helpful, car was clean and neat and it all was very painless

We were picked up and dropped off at that airport as requested. Car was clean and the driver navigated the roads well.
