Aeroporto Arrivo Pick-up Dopo aver superato i controlli di immigrazione e ritirato i bagagli (area riservata). Si prega di cercare l'autista al GATE DI USCITA, sala arrivi (area pubblica), ci terremo un cartello con il tuo nome su di esso in modo da poterci individuare facilmente. Se non riesci a trovare l'autista, contattaci al numero indicato sul voucher. Punto di partenza Sarete accolti al vostro hotel nella sala reception o all'esterno all'indirizzo residenziale fornito. I trasferimenti operano per soddisfare tutti i voli in partenza dal terminal nazionale o internazionale della città di Ho Chi Minh. Il nostro operatore riconfermerà l'orario di prelievo, normalmente 3 ore prima dell'orario di partenza sia per i voli internazionali che nazionali. Se la vostra destinazione è in una zona suburbana come Distretto 2, Distretto 7, Nha Be, Hoc Mon, o Binh Chanh, si prega di selezionare l'opzione corretta durante la prenotazione.

The so called Fast Track guy to guide us thru quickly never showed up. At least there was a taxi to take us to our hotel

Worked as it should. Arrived late at night so this express customs is not necessary for late arrivals. Just get a Grab car from airport.

I would never recommend anyone to do this service. They make u pay for the service and when u get to the airport, nobody shows up for fast track and they tell u that you only paid for transport from the airport. This non fast track thing makes u wait for atleast 2 hours on the queue. And when u get to the transport, u are made to pay an extra $10 so in total u pay $40 for transport only when in fact the journey is $5.

Driver was great. Arrived early. Add is very misleading if you are waiting fast track service with airport transfer. Take a Grab to airport and then get fast track separately. It will be much cheaper. Operator not helpful with making a correction, thus the poor rating.

Flight was delayed so they cancelled our pickup, they had all the arrival flight information. Not a good service. 1am at airport after 23hrs travel, no fast track no pickup, welcome to Vietnam, would not recommend.

Unfortunately, we did not receive any response, which made it impossible for us to proceed with the service as scheduled. That said, we fully understand how frustrating and disappointing this situation must have been, especially arriving at 1:00 AM after 23 hours of travel, and we sincerely regret the stress it caused you.
