Servizio standard: è necessario raggiungere a piedi il punto d'incontro di fronte al gate D5, di fronte all'area immigrazione.

- Questo servizio deve essere prenotato almeno 24 ore prima dell'orario effettivo del volo.
- Il numero, la data e l'ora del volo devono corrispondere al volo reale. La selezione di un orario di servizio successivo per superare il cut-off della prenotazione non è consentita.
- Le modifiche sono valide solo dopo conferma scritta da parte del nostro team. Dettagli del volo errati o non confermati possono comportare nessun servizio e nessun rimborso.

We booked it because we werent sure if we can make it through immigration. but in the transit immigration there was no one waiting. i guess we are lucky but i'm glas that we booked it anyways :) The guy waiting and escorting us was a really nice experience :) thank you
Best money spent. The plane arrived 30 minutes early and the staff member was waiting for us. We saw the huge Queues others were standing in and we breezed past all that waiting.

Maybe it was a mix up but no one there at the arrival gate to pick me up and transfer to next flight so disappointed
We were met straight off the plane, walked to the separate immigration section for fast track, straight through no queuing. Had to wait for bags to arrive though so didn’t really save us time but we didn’t queue in immigration. People were filtering through from immigration before the bags arrived so it’s a gamble to use the service or not. On this occasion I don’t think it was worth it but has there been a massive queue then it would of so as I say it’s a gamble. No problems with the service itself but I do think it’s very costly for what it is.

The service basically walked us from the plane and to the immigration at Bangkok airways. No fast track or vip. Rather a waste of money for this trip.i Am afraid
