If you have a tight turnaround this is well worth the money. We were met at the gate and taken straight through immigration/luggage collection and check-in. We wouldn’t have made our next flight without the assistance simply because we didn’t know the airport well enough. At busier times of the day the queues can be very long and this service helps get you through that much faster. Our guide was very helpful and friendly particularly as we had a very tired and excited little person with us.

I was greeted as soon as I had got off the plane and was quickly escorted through the airport. It took about 20 minutes if even to pass through immigration, I cannot recommend this service enough.
