⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic experience touring the Acropolis and Parthenon with Petros! He was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and informative, bringing the history to life in a way that kept the whole family engaged. You could really see how much he loves what he does, and he made the experience both enjoyable and memorable. Would highly recommend Petros to anyone visiting Athens!

Very bad experience. We booked the activity for 5:00 PM, they told us that we had to be at the meeting point at 4:45 PM. A few hours before the activity, they informed us without further explanation that they had delayed it, requiring us to be at the meeting point at 5:15 PM, that is, 30 min. later. But finally, we did not leave from the meeting point until 5:45 PM, that is, 1 hour later than contracted, because they decided to wait for other clients who were not arriving. We left without them to meet at the entrance of the Acropolis. Once we entered the Acropolis, we waited again for said clients for at least 8 min; as they did not arrive, we began the activity without them at 6:10 PM, that is, 1 hour and 10 min. later than what we had contracted. But that is not all; at the first and second stop of the activity's explanations, the guide continued waiting for the clients and lengthening the explanation to give the clients time to arrive; finally, they arrived and joined the group. The Acropolis kicks everyone out of the premises at 7:15 PM, prohibiting taking photographs from that time on. The guide finished the activity at 7:12 PM. With which it was impossible for you to see anything or take photos. The guide told us at the beginning that after the activity, we would have time until closing to visit everything on our own and take photographs, In short, if you were listening to the guide's explanations, you could not take photographs. My family, some of us were listening to the guide, and obviously could not take photographs, and others, seeing that it was totally impossible to take photos later, chose to forget about the guide and the explanations and take the photos very quickly before the security guards kicked us out. Consequently, the activity was absolutely useless to us in terms of explanations, and we were also unable to take family photos, and the few we did take were rushed and poorly done. Conclusion: we visited Athens with all our excitement to learn about the history of the Acropolis up close and take home the best memories and the best photographs, and we only took away an afternoon of helplessness for not being able to take family photos and being left without knowing the history explained by a guide. We were also unable to go up to the back of the viewpoint to observe the views of the city. We regret enormously having contracted this activity with Key Tours; we feel SCAMMED! If we had gone on our own, we would have enjoyed it with the proper time, and with the audio guide we would have been better informed than with the guide, and saved a lot of money and avoided an afternoon of indignation. The next day we were catching our flight; if that were not the case, we would have bought the tickets again to be able to take home the memory we wanted so much. We took the 5:00 PM tickets to have more than 2 hours to visit, and it turned into only 1 hour, so the guide took it very calmly at the beginning to make time for the clients to arrive, and at the most important part, the Parthenon, she did it super fast because they were already clearing the premises for closing. If they had any dignity, they should return our money.

Super friendly lady. She was so informative and funny. The walk wasn’t as bad as described on blogs. The weather was great and sun was mixed up with cold breeze. The Acropolis Hill tour is an experience to remember.

Fantastic tour from start to finish. Antonia our guide was very knowledgeable and made sure we were all accounted for. Audio guide also helped with keeping us together and on schedule, the museum and things were learned we would have missed without such a great guide.

Which is a bit long and tiring, go prepared with comfortable shoes and enough water. Physically it is not very demanding but it is very sunny and hot

A must-do! Our guide was excellent and made the Acropolis, the Parthenon, and especially the museum visit much more lively and interesting. Her explanations allowed us to better understand all the historical richness of the sites. So much to take in in a short time! We highly recommend booking early in the morning to avoid the heat and fully enjoy the visit.
