Il percorso Classico vi accoglierà all’interno di una delle nostre acetaie nel pittoresco Borgo di Castelvetro di Modena ed è creato, per introdurvi alla scoperta dei diversi metodi di produzione dell’Aceto Balsamico Modenese. Una visita che ne racconta l’evoluzione attraverso l’invecchiamento in botti di legni pregiati La visita in Acetaia si conclude con una degustazione verticale guidata di 5 diversi invecchiamenti di Aceto Balsamico.

Il borgo antico di Castelvetro è la vera e propria perla del territorio. Collocato sulla collina, il borgo vanta una bellissima vista panoramica sui colli e paesini della provincia. Un must per chi visita Modena.

Alexandra, our guide, was passionate and informative. After tasting the different vinegars you begin to truly appreciate and understand how the aging process is critical to the final product. The acetaia was located in a beautiful little town which only added to the experience.

Very informative unique tour of a traditional historic process in an ancient tower. Steep ladders and steps are involved however but worth the trip. Guide was very knowledgeable and interesting facts. It’s a bit out of Moderna so you’ll need to rent a car. Only wish it was more time for the tasting as well-fell a little short in the end-but fantastic samples of both their DOP and IGP vinegars.

The entrance already makes you smell the scent of other times. We searched the village for the story and found it! Elina welcomes us and tells you can only catch the light in her eyes in telling the flavor, tradition... family! If you don't know the difference between DOP and IGP yet, this is the place for you. It's just a great experience and the little town just underlines everything. We spontaneously booked a viewing and tasting from one day to the next. Alexandra received us warmly and her guidance is top. Great English, deep professional knowledge very understandably brought closer and tips when buying balsamic. Added to this was an amazing tasting that brought the products convincingly closer to you. The problem, the next supermarket visits will probably be very critical 😉. We can unconditionally recommend this experience, a must for this region. Thanks again to Alexandra.
