Lego shop with displays not a museum

This is someone’s hobby on display and is not even remotely worth the money they are charging. The small amount of displays that did something didn’t work. It was basically a Lego shop and nothing museum about this. We spent £40 and had a walk around to look at some display cabinets. Such a waste of money.

Not worth the time or money

Basically a shop with lots of sets in glass cabinets. Small play area for youngsters. I was expecting so much more but sadly disappointed. Waste of money

Absolute disappointment

Boring. It's just a construction exhibition. Don't waste your time. Not interactive at all. The kids got bored. Because it wasn't engaging at all.

Risposta dell'operatore

Hi, we are very sorry you had a disappointing visit. We understand the kids were bored because the exhibit was not engaging or interactive. To help us fix this fast, could you please tell us when you visited and which parts specifically were not working or interactive? Thank you for your feedback. We hope to welcome you back for a much better visit in the future. Team Museum of Bricks

Nice little Lego museum

If your after huge scale Lego sets and imaginative displays then maybe there are better places. For sure number of sets from the the late 1970’s onwards it’s well worth it. Lots of information to and a nice interactive game to play both for adults and children. Small children have a few areas to play as well. Lego mainly on display in cabinets and clearly labelled. A few pieces pre 1970 but not as many as I thought there would be. Good Star Wars and Harry Potter sections. But as said, pretty much every set post 1990. Friendly enough. Maybe 1 hour activity at a stretch. Small shop compared to others visited. Also has a fantastic model of the Charles Bridge.

Very fun and interactive

Amazing experience for people of all ages. The museum was huge and had sets and minifigures from all genres. Very interactive for kids including a huge Lego play area, interactive parts of the Lego sets and even a quiz to win a lanyard. Was very cheap at around £8 and took around an hour to go around and see everything. This guys collection is huge. Perfect for Star Wars fans too with a massive LEGO Star Wars area with a cloud city boba fett figure too. The only drawback was the shop itself was quite expensive but it is to be expected in the centre of Prague.

How to spend a different hour

Like spending a different hour. Cute to look at even if it's not huge and maybe the price disproportionate. Certainly children can also play in some rooms

Great collection of Lego

The Museum of Bricks had an amazing collection of Lego, with many past sets and free build of Prague. I would recommend it to all fans of Lego!

Journey into the past

A lot of exhibits. Interactive too. Many switches to actuate, with which actions were started. Models from the early days of Lego to today. It was a nice trip back in time. Discovered some models I played with as a child. The children were able to complete a scavenger hunt or quiz with some stations and were presented with a small dear diploma for it. Successful visit to the museum.

Lotsa lego

Cool museum/exhibit of a lot of Lego. Scavenger hunt was fun for the kids (even the 21 year old) and the diploma was a nice touch.
