Se ti trovi in una breve visita ad Abu Dhabi e non hai molto tempo da perdere o hai un po 'di tempo durante la tua sosta, il safari nel deserto di Abu Dhabi è l'opzione perfetta per goderti il famoso deserto di Abu Dhabi. Una volta lì, il tuo maresciallo di safari fermerà il veicolo 4 × 4 per prepararlo per il dune drive. Ritireremo da tutto ad Abu Dhabi. NB: Vi preghiamo di darci la vostra posizione di ritiro su requisiti speciali (nome dell'hotel, numero di camera). Abu Dhabi Int. Airport pick-up è possibile solo con meet & greet, che include il parcheggio a pagamento. Importo extra Aed 130 verrà addebitato e pagato direttamente all'autista, in contanti; in alternativa possiamo pick-up nella hall del Premier Inn Abu Dhabi Airport Hotel (molto vicino all'aeroporto) senza alcun costo aggiuntivo.

Lieber Stefan, es tut uns sehr leid, dass die gebuchte Erfahrung zu Unzufriedenheit geführt hat. Wir verstehen den Wert auch nur eines einzelnen Urlaubstages sehr gut und bedauern aufrichtig, was passiert ist. Am Morgen des Ausflugs kam es leider zu einem unvorhergesehenen Ereignis: Unser Fahrer hatte auf dem Weg zu Ihnen einen Unfall. Wir wurden erst verspätet darüber informiert, haben jedoch sofort ein Ersatzfahrzeug organisiert und Sie kontaktiert mit der Bitte um etwas Geduld, da die Tour dennoch hätte stattfinden können. Die Verspätung betrug etwa eine Stunde. Es tut uns besonders leid, dass diese Situation einen negativen Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Wenn Sie sich unsere übrigen Bewertungen zu den Safaris ansehen, werden Sie feststellen, dass diese durchweg sehr positiv sind – was zeigt, dass es sich hierbei um einen absoluten Ausnahmefall handelte, verursacht durch unvorhersehbare Umstände sowie ein Missverständnis in der Kommunikation. Als der Ersatzfahrer am vereinbarten Treffpunkt eintraf, konnte er Sie dort leider nicht antreffen. Wir sind überzeugt, dass es sich hierbei um ein Missverständnis gehandelt hat. Es ist richtig, dass Sie zur ursprünglich vereinbarten Zeit vor Ort waren, jedoch war die Situation in diesem Moment leider auch für uns nicht vollständig klar. Unabhängig davon haben wir selbstverständlich die vollständige Rückerstattung der gebuchten Tour veranlasst, da wir Ihre Enttäuschung nachvollziehen können. Wir hoffen auf Ihr Verständnis, dass manche Ereignisse – wie ein Verkehrsunfall (glücklicherweise ohne schwere Folgen) – nicht vorhersehbar sind und außerhalb unseres Einflussbereichs liegen. Gerne würden wir Sie künftig persönlich kontaktieren und Ihnen entgegenkommen. Zudem wären wir Ihnen dankbar, wenn Sie uns den Erhalt der Rückerstattung bestätigen könnten. Mit freundlichen Grüßen
We had a great desert safari and would recommend it anytime! There was an incredible amount on offer – from an exciting drive through the dunes to great photo stops and a very nice camp with delicious food. We would like to emphasize particularly positively that our 19-month-old daughter was also considered at all times. This made the tour very relaxing and enjoyable for us as a family. A big thank you to Aziz! You can really tell he’s been there for 15 years – very professional, attentive and a great driver. We felt safe and comfortable at all times.

Did the desert sunrise tour with dune bashing, camel ride, sandboarding, and breakfast at the bedouin camp. Our tour guide Aziz was amazing, very attentive, friendly, a great photographer(!), and offered an excellent dune bashing drive! We have so many amazing photos from the sunrise and had so many lovely experiences. A morning to remember!

Our guide/driver Aziz was very friendly. He was on time to pick us from our hotel. Ride on the dunes was unforgettable experience. Morning in the desert is beutifull and peacefull. Views are amazing. Aziz took so many beautifull fotos so we have memories for lifetime.

Travelled with family to the desert with Aziz. He picked us up from our hotel exactly on time, and drove us out to the desert. He was a great driver, and we had an amazing time driving over the dunes. He is also a really good photographer and took excellent pictures of me and my sister. The camel farm and sand boarding were also highlights! We were back in Abu Dhabi in time for lunch, so this trip is perfect if you do not have a full day to go to the desert. I would definitely recommend Aziz to anyone who visits Abu Dhabi!

We booked the desert tour at dawn with pick up at the airport and drop off at the hotel. We had a great time with Aziz who was our driver. Experience on the adrenaline dunes but very feasible, short camel ride, photos, sandboarding and rich breakfast.

We had the best dune driver! The dune bashing was amazing! And he shot a lot of awesome pictures from us. For the camp experience morning tour is to hot.

Apart from the rather heavy delay in picking up at the hotel, of which however I was promptly informed, it was a great experience. Being July and being morning, it was clear that the temperatures were high and therefore the stay outdoors couldn't be long but my son (14 years old) was very happy about it. Karan was an attentive, precise and punctual driver, my heartfelt thanks for the attention he paid to the young shoot.

Aziz made this experience so much fun! The trip to the desert after he picked us up was great! We listened to music and chatted the entire way. Once we got to the dunes, it was full on! That experience was better than any roller coaster ride!! Such an adrenaline rush! He stopped for photos and then we went to a camel farm! We were even able to feed some of the camels and we posed for pics. After the camel farm, we went to the campsite to do some sand sledding and we rode a camel! I definitely recommend this safari!
