Our guide was Hugo, he is enthusiastic, fun and a real comedian who really knows the area. He is by far the best guide I’ve ever had!
Fun tour with good commentary prerecorded and timed to the drive.
We had a great experience on the tour. Our guide specifically was so nice and we got lucky that when we got off and got back on it was the same person. Thomas was very nice and funny. He made the ride enjoyable.
Wonderful trip, expert driver and great narration. Loved all the sites and friendly, clean town. Martha Jones the driver was great.
We had a short day before heading to the airport and we picked the single ride tour that had 9 stops. The best decision ever. Our tour driver Cindy was amazing and gave us all the background on areas we passed and also some things that we would never know. She was friendly, knowledgeable and a great sense of humor. We were all able to hear her very clearly over the speakers. So glad we did this tour which covered major historical spots in Boston.
It was a recording telling what sights were on either side but no information. We got off early. Waste of money.
Hi Lesley, Some of our tours feature GPS-triggered narration, which is an exact reproduction of the company's tour script. The narration includes over 100 points of interest, professionally recorded voices, and accompanying sound effects. Please feel free to email me directly at cityviewmike@gmail.com, as I would like to learn more about the specific details of your experience. Sincerely, Mike T
It was great and the driver was awesome. She was very informative and had a great sense of humor and amazing
There's NO WAY you'd be able to see Boston, MA rich history in one day! We were there while our daughter was at an event in Lowell. Unfortunately, we had a hard stop as to when we had to leave. The driver was amazing, as he knew so many interesting facts about the locations we drove through. I am DEFINITELY using Viator for my next excursion in Boston, and anywhere else I visit. 5 stars.
The tour was interesting. The guide was funny. The length of the tour was just right, any longer and I might have lost interest. The only negative was the tour guide allowed people on and off the bus to drop off at another stop. Some stops people didn’t have a seat, which blocked the view of seated (paying) customers, which became annoying.
Both drivers were greeted but we especially enjoyed Johnny Boston the 14th. He was hysterical and was very knowledgeable.
