Luoghi e orari di ritiro
Gli ospiti verranno prelevati direttamente dal loro hotel o Alloggio a Ulaanbaatar. Il giorno della partenza, l'autista o la Guida arriverà alla hall dell'hotel all'orario previsto per il prelievo e chiederà il nome del viaggiatore principale. Se il prelievo viene organizzato dall'aeroporto o dalla stazione ferroviaria, l'autista sarà in attesa nella hall degli arrivi con un cartello con il nome del viaggiatore principale. Gli ospiti saranno contattati un giorno prima della partenza tramite WhatsApp o e-mail per riconfermare l'orario e i dettagli del prelievo.

An incredible experience. A great guide, who speaks perfect English (Yoona). We spent nights in "camping-yurts" that were all very comfortable. The food was very good. The places visited are just magnificent. We were a little hesitant at first because we doubted the agency's reliability due to the lack of reviews. Well, I confirm to you that it was AWESOME 🤩
I am very happy with this trip.It was intense, with direct contact with nomadic families.And also fkexible, working directly with the owner Amka. If we needed to modifay the itinerary, there was not problem. The guides were young, active, and commited. This local agency is personalized to the travelers'needs and very approchable. I highly recommend this agency, especially to travelers seeking authenticity and knowledge of the local culture

We loved our tour with Amka! He is super nice, very attentive to us, and always in the right place at the right time to do the right activity and see the beautiful sunset. He is perfectly fluent in English, which is rare here. He even managed to adapt our journey together to match exactly what we wanted to do. He allowed us to live with a nomadic family for 2 days in the middle of the Gobi Desert. It is much more tailored than the big agencies in Ulaanbaatar that most of the time try to impose their tours and deals with this or that guesthouse! A great trip! We recommend it without hesitation!
