La tua avventura inizia alle porte principali del luogo, dove sarai accolto e salutato dal personale cordiale che ti accompagnerà nel tour. Salgono la cascata 7, 12 o 27 e poi tornano attraverso ogni livello saltando, nuotando e scivolando lungo gli scivoli naturali. This was a great experience! While it was a tough hike up the mountain for someone out of shape like me, it was so totally worth it! Jumping in the waterfalls and sliding down the natural rock formations was amazing!! The driver we had, Anuedy Tamares, was very nice. After our adventure, he toured us around some local spots so we could shop and take pictures. It was a wonderful day in the Dominican Republic!

Exciting and fun! We took the 3 hour tour with Tamares Tours. He was friendly and gave us all the Island history and pointed out highlights as he drove us to the falls adventure.

We had the best possible time with the 7 Falls and Puerto Plata Tour! Barney saw we were old ladies when we walked up and snapped his finger and gave us Chino, the most gracious and accommodating tour guide ever, to ourselves. We felt perfectly safe with his driving and our walking tour with him around the town. He did his best to answer our hundreds of questions and he took us to all the best places for photos, culture and even a little shopping. He also takes wonderful pics of his clients (and I have discovered he photo bombed several of my own selfies with the cutest smile and a peace sign.) At the falls, we were offered the “old lady package” of just 2-3 falls and when we saw the stairs to the 2nd, we opted to just have the best time in the pool of fall #1. Alex (?), our guide was also gracious and made us feel steady on our feet through the rocky rushing waters of the streams and down to the fall pool. He did not speak a lot of English, but he made sure we were safe and comfortable with our little adventure. All in all, it was the best excursion of the cruise and Barney’s communication before, during (we saw him during our city tour, as he was making sure everyone was having a great time), and after was invaluable.

Waterfall experience was cancelled, but Viator connected me with Tamares, a taxi driver who drove our family wherever we wanted to go. Tamares was awesome. We ended up doing a stop at “Guide’s Home-Monkey Tours”. Great place. We then requested to be taken to Chocolala. Great tour of the chocolate factory. We then visited downtown Puerto Plata. Tamares was very attentive, informative, and had a great personality. Although the waterfall tour was cancelled, we had an amazing time, thanks to Tamares.

Had a really good time. We were picked up promptly from the cruise port and we're on our way with very little waiting. We did get lumped in with another larger group but it wasn't a big deal and the guides were helpful. Whole family loved the experience. Would definitely recommend

It was a totally beautiful experience! They threw a lot of pictures at us! The waterfalls were very beautiful! The water was cold but rich in the heat is refreshing

Handowns A÷÷ service. This is my first solo excursions!! Wady took absolutely great care of me. He say not to worry you are in good hands and I was absolutely in great hands. My spanish is very little. He translate with the staff at waterfalls locations and he made sure they took very good care of me because I was traveling by myself. The waterfalls is a MUST GO!!. You cannot visit Puerto Plata and not see the Waterfall. Phenomenal driver and excursions at best!! If you are looking for a safe and friendly driver who knows the city well please reach out to Wady he will not disappoint you!! FIVE STARS AND BEYOND!!! SHARLENE
