6 Island Hopping & Misteri blu: Tour condiviso da Spalato

The boat was old, no shade, SUPER uncomfortable seats. The skipper shared no info, didn’t even tell us which island we were going to next. Getting to the blue cave took over 3hrs. Blue cave ticket line so we sat there for over 1hr waiting to get in (not sure why the tour company couldn’t get tix in advance??). Inside blue cave there were 4 other boats so we didn’t see much. It’s small inside and definitely not worth a 3hr drive on a refugee boat with no roof. Other 3 stops were 30mins each which means we barely got to see the islands. Then the skipper takes us to fill up gas which took 40mins. Again, he could’ve done it while we were on the island. We got off the boat soaked wet, burnt and exhausted. I’d rather pay €150 never to go on this tour again.

The Blue Cave is a must see. Unfortunately the weather was really bad, raining heavily and cold so we were not able to swim or snorkel and have the full experience. A little more commentary would have been good.

Waterworld Holiday's Boat Tours ruined our day. We didn't get what we paid for, and the manager avoided us like the plague. When we finally managed to speak to him, he was rudely dismissive.

Highly disappointing service from Waterworld Holiday's Boat Tours. The tour was unorganized, our boat broke down, and the manager was anything but helpful. Avoid this company at all costs!

AVOID ! ! ! ! ! Go elsewhere We paid €80 each (€160) and what we got was a boat trip to CLOSED blue caves, quick trip to green caves that where “for an extra cost” but got to watch everyone else enter the green caves. We then drove to Hvar where that was THE END of our “blue caves and 5 ISLAND tour” we paid €160 for a 1 way trip to hvar (which was meant to be our final destination on the tour where my girlfriend and I would get off to spend 4 nights on the island) After our time in Hvar we went back to split to complain and ask for a refund on the €160 for 1 way trip to Hvar we got told to email management…. I have sent 4 emails, 5 WhatsApp messages and all been ignored. Scammers

The worst tour group ever. Do not use them! They just cancel your trip then, never give you the refund they promise you. They actually strung us along for 2 months pretending they were going to send us our refund. Now they don’t even pretend and have stopped responding to our emails. Do not book anything with them, they seem nice to your face, but it’s just a lie to steal your money.

The best experience ever!! All stops were absolutely stunning, you have planty of time to swim and enjoy yourself and you see so many diffrent beautiful spots, me and my friend had the best time, hostes and the skipper were friendly and helpfull, would recommend it 10/10

The trip was great, the Croatian islands leave you breathless, the crew very accommodating and attentive.

We went on Waterworld's Blue Cave & 6 Islands Gastro Tour on June 10th, 2022. This tour failed to deliver on their promised itinerary. We did not get to Blue Cave, Green Cave, Monk Seal Cave, Blue Lagoon, swimming and snorkeling, and the best beach on Croatia, etc. We in fact spent most of the 11 hour day on very long, very bumpy boat rides, and battled huge sets of giant waves on the water. We only got to Hvar, then ride to another island to eat a lunch that we already paid for, and a 30 minutes unscheduled stop on Tiogir. We don't need a boat ride to Tiogir, as it is a short drive from Split. We didn't get to snorkel or swim at all on this tour. Oh, there was another unscheduled stop on an island to let a couple get off this boat tour, as they couldn't stomach the awful bumpy boat ride any longer, and demanded to get off the boat, so they were dropped off at an island to take its ferry back to Split. They were smarter than me, I should have got off and take the ferry back to split as well. I totally understand that weather conditions affect boating experience. This is why I had stopped by their office the day before (late in the day just before the office closed) to ask if the boat tour would still go the next day, or if it will be canceled, as it had been rainy, windy, and cloudy the day before our scheduled boat tour. I was told that the weather should be calm enought, and boat tour will not be canceled. Well, I think this boat tour should have been canceled. We only had 2 days in Split, this boat tour was a very poor use of our vacation time. I am still giving them 2 stars, because we did enjoy the island of Hvar. And I did email them with a complaint, their CEO emailed me back with an apology, and promised a partial refund. The refund never came, But the apology was still nice. I can see why they still have lots of great reviews, Croatia and its blue seas are beautiful, on a good day with perfect conditions, any boat tour can give you a good time, but when condition is less than ideal, Waterworld Croatia lack the professionalism to do the right thing.
