Very professional team from pick up at the hotel and throughout the tour until drop off. We had a great time and this was our best tour in Malaysia. High recommend it.
Great experience overall! Our guide was knowledgeable, fun and engaging, and the whole team was reliable and well organized. The only area for improvement would be the included lunch. We were taken to a floating fish market/restaurant, and most of us ended up buying additional food. It might be helpful to let guests know beforehand what to expect, although I personally didn’t mind spending extra for lunch. Would definitely recommend the tour!
Very well organized. The guide was prepared, very helpful, never boring, and always pleasant in their explanations.
This trip is very interesting and fun. You will see eagles, fish, and bats for sure. Landscaping is very beautiful, the ocean, beaches and mountains are all pretty. Our guide and boat captain are very friendly and knowledgeable. They sent a grab car to pick us up from the hotel. I recommend this tour surely.
Well run tour. Floating restaurant, fish farm tour, speed boat, swimming monkeys, bat cave, beach stop. A highlight was seeing many eagles (2 types) at the feeding spot
Our guide on the mangrove trip had good knowledge of the animals and plants we came across so it was more than a normal tour it was an eco tour. He and the boat captain were able to find mudskippers and crabs, also birds snakes otters and monkeys in the trees and to talk about the bats at length. Nice tour.
Guide is very knowledgeable. They are super eco friendly too. As fellow human beings, we need to be more aware of the do's and don'ts in the way we manage wild life and the environment. This tour company shares that vision. Let's all come together to build this world a better place.
a fantastic day! The guides were all great! Horse shoe crabs, snakes, monkeys! All great!!! The guides let us hold the crab…an interesting thing to do. She also pointed out snakes in the trees which we would never have spotted otherwise. The captain of the small craft was good. The beach visit was fine, but the beach had been damaged by tourists too lazy to pick up their rubbish and general plastic flotsum on the beach. I don’t think i’d really notice if the trip cost me a bot more and this was used to keep the beach clean…one boat trip and a couple of workers would have that beach looking pristine in only a couple of hours. All in all well worth the money! Thank you.
We went on the boat tour yesterday, and and it’s been the highlight of our visit to Langkawi so far! The guide was friendly and knowledgable, and we saw lots of interesting wildlife (monkeys, snakes, eagles, kites and bats). Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a family day out.
The tour started with over an hour of waiting for our pickup so our expectations were tempered. But eventually we were picked up and joined the rest of the group at the entrance to the Kilim Geoforest Park. Fortunately the guides were very friendly and our transfer troubles were quickly forgotten once we boarded the boat. We weren’t very lucky with the weather and most of the tour was during a major downpour, but there was plenty to see and do. And to be honest, seeing the clouds in between the trees added beauty we’d otherwise have missed. We saw monkeys, monitor lizards, a mangrove pit viper, eagles, kites and a beautiful kingfisher. And lots of bats inside the bat cave! The guides were very knowledgeable and taught us lots about the park and the animals living inside it. Because of the constant rain the guides decided to skip the visit to a secluded beach where we would have been able to swim but all in all we’re very happy we joined the tour. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed it just as much as we did. One word of advice - bring a poncho or a rain jacket. The guide recommended bringing one but since we hadn’t seen any rain in our first week in Malaysia we didn’t think it necessary. You can easily go without even when it’s raining but it would have been more comfortable wearing one.
