Best experience of my live would recommend booking in advance and renting jetski longer so it will be more fun
We picked Feeling Yachty for a small family charter on a sunny day. I saw them after searching miami yacht rentals. The boat had a nice place for my kids to sit. The catering was simple, and the decorations made it feel like a real party. Captain Alberto gave clear safety help, Karin was patient with my children, and Fernando answered in a calm way.
I'm not happy with my experience. I booked a yacht, but the vendor informed me that the rates were over $2,000 more for the holiday. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. They advised me to cancel and file for a refund with Viator, but Viator is having difficulty reaching the vendor to approve the refund. It's been a mess, and it completely ruined my July 4th. I booked and paid for a yacht, but I haven't been on one in the last 48 hours.
Terrible scam we paid booking fee then the owners of the actual boat told us it was booked and we had to submit a refund request because there were no more available boats
We arrived there and nobody answered the phone we were scammed out of our money and all our family plans were ruined . I called the number that was provided to call once you make it there and it was a fake number. When I spoke to someone at the marine about the matter they mentioned that this is not their first time scamming someone out of there money . I was very upset my entire trip was ruined ..!
