La nostra lezione include una visita al mercato in cui potrai conoscere i prodotti locali e comprendere a fondo le storie dietro ogni piatto. La nostra scelta di menu per la lezione partecipata è varia e ben bilanciata e comprende piatti deliziosi sia popolari che conosciuti nel locale, che vogliamo presentarvi. Anche il menu viene selezionato in base alla sua flessibilità in modo da poter adattare la lezione per soddisfare ogni esigenza dietetica.

An amazing cooking class, we as a family have done a few cooking classes in different countries in Asia and this was by far one of the best. Jenny was very patient and kind to our two kids getting them involved asking them questions which made them as kids feel totally included. What can I say about the food……..wow! The most amazing delicious food I have ever tasted in Vietnam, even better than the food we had in restaurants there. My favourite dessert I’ve had and I’m still craving it now.
Our chef/instructor Vy was AMAZING! The class was great, the market trip was so helpful, and the recipes well considered. I highly recommend the class, and if we did this again I would ask first Vy specifically. SO GOOD!

Fantastic afternoon, really enjoyed visiting the market and cooking the 5 dishes, our host (Vy) was fantastic, really funny and knowledgable. I feel like I learnt a lot in a short period of time and it was well worth the price! Do sign up if you have time!
