Very good organization and very reliable. I was constantly passed from one guide to the next and was not lost as a result. 1 star deduction for for the tourist crowds at the highlights. But the organizer can't help selling you anything for trying.
We have just completed a five day Egypt experience and have had a wonderful time. We really appreciated having Zakarya our tour guide with us the whole time from Aswan to Luxor. He took great care of us, always making sure we were happy with every aspect of our tour. He provided knowledgeable insights into each site we visited as well as giving us time to explore on our own. He also suggested some great additions to our tour such as the hot air ballooning in Luxor which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Egypt the civillization is impossible to truly experience without knowing hieroglyphs. We had the joy of having a very funny big daddy Ismail Haroun as our tour guide and family on this trip. He was also the one we trusted to bargain good prices from us and kept us safe from all possible tricks of hustling vendors at the tourist sites. Even the subtle notion of tipping was breached thoroughly as a culture to prepare us. The knowledge of an egyptologist past and present is indispensable to making the most of the trip and big daddy lived up to our expectations at every turn. The team of the cruise Lady Mary was amiable, hygienic and the smile of the manager Ehab Mohammed greeting us at every turn is unparalleled. We took an extra option and the hot air balloon over the valley of kings during sunrise ... absolutely majestic!
