My husband and I did the group cooking class with Nhi as our guide and cooking instructor. We ended up having a private class which was great! She brought us to the local market to collect all the ingredients. She showed us how to pick the ripe ones and taught us about all the ingredients we would be using to cook with. The cooking class was great and very informative. We made so much food and it was all so good! They even give you a book of recipes at the end of the class!
My husband and I booked this cooking class as a last minute thing to do prior to our departure from Vietnam and I am extremely happy that we did! It was a great and informative experience. We went to the local wet market to pick our fruits, vegetables, and rice paper. Nhi was an amazing guide/instructor and explained local customs, foods, preparations, and made sure that everyone was engaged and participating. It was a great experience with great food and I highly recommend it.
The experience is so fun and interesting, Nhi was so nice and patient with us during the whole time. The length of visit is suitable and fun for us !

Nhi was very detailed and knowledgeable about the dishes and the lore behind them. She also funny and a little sassy which made the class so fun as well as insightful! We left the class with full hearts and bellies ❤️
Nhi was a friendly and knowledgeable guide and was able to answer all of our curiosity questions regarding different vegetables and foods of Vietnam. Overall experience was fantastic and we enjoyed learning how to make staple Vietnamese foods.
It's amazing how we are able to make really good dishes in just less than 3 hours. This is a complete experience. She's very warm and funny too, Ms. Nhi 🥰

From learning about Vietnamese ingredients and cooking techniques to actually preparing the dishes ourselves, everything was well organized and enjoyable. The instructor was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, making the class easy to follow even while having so much fun! 👩🍳🥢 The best part was getting to cook and then enjoy the delicious Vietnamese dishes we prepared ourselves. Everything tasted so fresh and authentic! 😋🇻🇳 I also loved that it wasn't just about cooking—it gave us a chance to learn more about Vietnamese food, culture, and local flavors.
