Vieni a goderti questa esperienza uscendo davvero sul lago piuttosto che vederlo semplicemente dalla riva. Dato che sono solo 45 minuti e il lago è così grande e largo, rimaniamo a meno di un miglio dal porto turistico e questo tour non è un giro in barca ad alta velocità perché al capitano piace commentare tutto il tempo. Alcune persone si lamentano del fatto che non andiamo veloci o non andiamo più lontano nel lago, ecco perché. Sì, il grande lago salato ha degli insetti vicino al porto turistico. Non mordono ma a volte possono sciamare. Ti diamo cappelli con reti per tenerli lontani dalla tua faccia, quindi per favore prendine uno in modo che non ti "infastidiscano". Partiremo dal porto turistico del Great Salt Lake State Park.
Andremo sul lago sul nostro pontone motorizzato. Vedremo alcune splendide viste sul lago e sulla costa. Ascolteremo alcune storie, storie e persino una o due battute su questa area unica al mondo. Dato che il lago è così grande e largo, rimaniamo a meno di un miglio dal porto turistico poiché tutte le isole sono a diverse miglia di distanza e la vista non cambia davvero man mano che ci si allontana in mezzo al lago. La barca va lentamente, quindi il capitano può commentare tutto il tempo. Se stai cercando un tour in barca ad alta velocità che circumnavighi il lago, probabilmente questo non è il tour adatto a te poiché dura solo 45 minuti.

It was a really fun experience. First time out there and it was great to experience. The captain made it enjoyable and fun facts made it that more interesting.
Cool experience but not worth the price of the ticket.
The tour was alright. Guide Jake is very knowledgeable pertaining to the Salt Lake history. Wish it could have been a little longer.
Duncan had a way of making everything magical. I never thought I would find it exciting to get covered in tiny flies, eat tiny live shrimp, or soak my hand in saltwater, but he made all of these experiences special. His enthusiasm for the lake was contagious. The ride was smooth and just the right length.
Tyler was a terrific guide -- personable, knowledgeable, funny and caring. The boat ride was the perfect length and he kept us informed and entertained the entire time. Highly recommend!
Very informative & scenic. Both amazing and sad how much the lake has receeded. A great way to enjoy 45mins under the hot 🌞.

The tour guide was very nice and very knowledgeable and overall it was interesting, but we simply were miserable because of all the flies that land all over your body and the boat never really goes fast enough to discourage the flaws from landing on you. If I had had any idea about all these flaws, I would’ve never booked this trip. Everyone on the boat was miserable. This might be worth doing if the boat were enclosed, but you still have to walk through a deserted marina with literally millions of flies in the air and on every surface.
Sorry you were “bugged” by the “flaws” at the lake. The Great Salt Lake has many “flaws” but they are great for the ecosystem and they just love saying hi to visitors such as yourself. The captain with the captain was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail very nice
Very enjoyable experience, a must do if you’re visiting Utah. Lots of information and we learned great things. The kids had a blast. Def will be recommending
