Guide in Sevilla was not giving much attention to traveler He was not answering any questions Was rushing
We had a small group of seven travelers for most of the travel time. Had a friendly and helpful driver.Local guides were knowledgeable and helpful. Felt needed more free time in Cordoba to go on the bridge etc. Had plenty of time in Seville. At Alhambra we were taken to the old quarters and the garden but not the palace which was disappointing. We were told the tickets get sold out much in advance. I booked the package two months in advance. Rest of the tour was very pleasant. Hotels were good and clean. The transportation was comfortable.
All very well organized, the guides very friendly and pending... excellent experience, good hotels and good transportation
Once again, another memorable trip through Viator. Great communication with updates and info of tour, learned and enjoyed so much while making new friends
Very well organised. Very good tour leader and local guides. Very informative and the leader was very helpful and gave us a lot of information. Loved every moment of this tour.
1st the places Seville and Alhambra were very nice and the lady guide was very good speaking english in Alhambra, but the tour itself was poor can barely understand what the tour guides was saying, food not good at all, no time consuming. over all very disappointed.
Unfortunately negative experience. When we got to Granada, we were informed that we could not enter to see the Alhambra because there were no tickets for us. Which tickets should have been purchased and reserved for us weeks in advance since we had prepaid for the trip
Dear customer We're so sorry to hear about your experience in Granada. We take customer feedback seriously and are committed to making things right. Unfortunately entrances to this monument on your travelling date, was sold out. For this reason and trying to find an alternative we give a tour extra in the city. Best regards
Maria was absolutely amazing. She went out of her way to accommodate my family. Thank you Maria! I just wish there was more emphasis on historical sites from the Moorish period (besides Alhambra, which was really great). And maybe go out to the city to see more sites and to eat instead of at the hotel. But otherwise it was an amazing trip.
I absolutely loved this tour. Javier the tour guide couldn't be better. Local guides were awesome and the hotels were great. You have to get the premium hotel option for this tour.
First of all our luxury bus did not have any bathroom facilities on it. The tour guides in Cordoba and Seville we're very good. The hotel in Seville NH chain was ok. The dinners were very mediocre. It was stated that we would experience the local cuisine. The dinners here were definitely not that. The breakfasts kind of made up for that though. The food was plentiful and a good variety. The tour of the Alhambra seemed hurried up. The hotel in Granada Abad chain was ok and the dinner and breakfast were buffet style and pretty good. We were surprised that cold tap water was not available with the meals. The final stop in Toledo was enjoyable and views were breathtaking. The tour guide provided a good tour of the old City. Overall the tour was ok but it definitely could have been better.
