Penny was absolutely amazing! She made our 4 hours together such a great learning experience. We saw sights we would have missed had we not taken this tour. I would definitely take this tour if your time is limited in Shanghai.
This was a great experience, my guide Penny was excellent, very knowledgeable and nice, and when Shanghai tower wasn’t viable due to weather she knew somewhere else to go to still get a view. She even helped me book a lift back to the airport! Would absolutely recommend.

This was the perfect half day tour of Shanghai. Penny was punctual, communicative, and provided great historical background and information about Shanghai. It was perfectly timed so that we were able to see the French Concession, the Bund, the Yew Garden, and the Shanghai Tower while taking a break for an authentic meal. Wonderful experience of Shanghai. Kelly is lovely and super knowledgeable. The best guide you can ask for. The tour is fully flexible. She adapted the visit times according to my interests. We included Shanghai landmarks, dumplings, and drinks with skyline views Must do for first-time visitors, or if you want to understand more about Chinese history and traditions.
