Zaid Tour did an outstanding job of organizing my trip. On the last day, they organized a nice tour of Mt. Nebo and Amman city tour. My tour would have been meaningless but for an outstanding guide cum driver Ahmed Shalabi. He is so devoted to his job and was a great guide, driver, and friend! I learned a lot about Jordanian culture talking to him. And finally, the girls at Zaid tour did a great job of coordinating the tour and communicating with me very promptly. Keep it up Zaid Tour! Good Job! See you again soon!

Sami was an excellent driver and gave us great information on the history of Jordan. The guide they arranged for us in Petra was also wonderful. Accommodations, food, and service excellent. Highly recommend!

We got the best guide from Jordan in Spanish called Nijem junior and the best driver Bassam, super attentive, with good spirits and always explaining everything very well during the trip!! Those who come should ask that they be the guides, excellent tour I highly recommend

Once we booked our tour through Zaid, they organised, visas, accommodation etc making it a stress free holiday for us. They replied promptly to our emails answering any queries we had which was greatly appreciated. We had an amazing 3 days in Jordan with Amer from Zaid Tours and travel. He was fantastic, we enjoyed hearing about his culture, music and stories. If you book, make sure you ask for Amer to be your driver. We couldn't recommend Zaid Tours and Travel & Amer enough! Our trip to Jordan was a once in a lifetime experience and we only wish we had had more time to exploee more of Jordan.

My boyfriend and I booked this trip fairly last minute and had no idea how incredible it would be. We booked the 4/5 option and also upgraded to the Martian dome at the sun city camp, and all of the hotels were exceptional, however what really made our trip was having Mazen as our driver/tour guide. He was absolutely incredible - kind, informative, and funny. Mazen showed us places on the drive we never would have seen, gave us advice on where we were best to visit, and always took photos of us. We have made good friends with Mazen and would recommend to anyone that they request him! Thank you to Zaid Tours, and mostly Mazen for a trip we will always remember!

We had a life-changing tour of Wadi Rum, the Dead Sea, and Petra. The tour was advertised to last 3 days and four nights, with a day in Amman. We scheduled our flights so we could arrive the day before the start of the tour and leave the day after the day in Amman. It turns out that the day of arrival (at 20:30) and departure (left for airport at 7:00) were meant to be part of the four nights. So with the flights we had booked, we had two extra days to fill in Jordan. Our tour guide, Hasan, was outstanding. He managed to schedule, on the fly, some of the best tours in Jordan. We saw the mosaics at Masaba on our first day. On day 3, we went up to the northern border to see Greek and Roman ruins, a medieval castle, and Jerash. Then on the final extra day, we were treated to a visit to another castle, which is a UNESCO world heritage site, a fabulous lunch in Amman, and a visit to Rainbow Street. All of this had to be arranged in real time. Hasan found us excellent tour guides for some of the destinations. He was also endlessly patient, good-humored and knowledgeable. And since one of his main jobs was simply driving, let me add that the amount of driving to all these places was notable, but Hasan treated it as if it were nothing. And the driving in Amman! Outstanding. We were so lucky to have him.

What a wonderful trip to Jordan! All made possible by Zaid Tours and our personal driver Hasan Alquirnih. Hasan was so much more than just our driver—he was our companion and advisor and became our friend. He personalized every aspect of the trip and went above and beyond in so many ways—making sure we had our morning coffee—very important! Planning our daily itinerary with us and paying attention to all the details; making sure we had the best experiences and the best tour guides; advising us on do’s and don’ts—which was very helpful as this was our first trip to Jordan; introducing us to the rich history and culture of Jordan at every step of the way and Hasan knows everyone everywhere we went and we were greeted with open arms at the tours and restaurants and shops. We also had great conversations in the car about everything—our countries, our families,, and more. We feel so fortunate to have been able to experience Jordan with Habibi Hasan.
