Un giro panoramico in barca dalla città di Krk verso il tramonto magico e lungo la costa dell'isola di Krk vi porta alla selvaggia e incontaminata isola di Plavnik. Durante la crociera, goditi una vista spettacolare sulle imponenti scogliere ripide che ospitano il raro grifone e più di 100 specie di uccelli. Passiamo anche da un allevamento ittico, luogo di ritrovo preferito dei delfini, dove spesso abbiamo la possibilità di osservare questi affascinanti animali nel loro habitat naturale. The start time for our tour was 6pm, we arrived 15 minutes early to ensure we were on time despite this not being asked of us. When we arrived our tour boat was already leaving the harbour without us. Despite also booking an English tour the man we were talking to get on the tour as our boat sailed away did not speak English. We managed to get the boat to stop and let us on further up on the harbour thankfully. If we were any later we most definitely would have missed the boat despite arriving early! Once we were on the boat all they cared to check is if we had tickets for the tour. Furthermore the crew also seemed to speak little to no English. During the tour we got no information about anything we saw due to this except being told we could swim as one point when the boat stopped which was obvious. The tour is also advertised as a sunset dolphin tour. We saw no dolphins, got no information on them and the sun did not start to set until we were about 15 minutes away from the harbour.

Our tour departed exactly at the scheduled departure time, as stated in the booking confirmation. We clearly advise all guests to arrive before the departure time to allow for check-in and boarding, which is standard procedure. The boat departed on time as planned, not earlier. We also disagree with the claim regarding the language. Our crew speaks English fluently and communicates with guests throughout the tour. Regarding the dolphins, we see them on most of our tours. However, they are wild animals living in their natural habitat, so sightings can never be guaranteed. Occasionally they do not appear, and this is a completely normal part of nature. We always make every effort to find them, but their presence is beyond anyone's control. We are sorry that your expectations were not fully met, but we believe it is important to clarify these inaccuracies for future guests. We wish you all the best and thank you for choosing our tour.
