Preparati ad abbracciare la magia della cucina argentina in un ambiente caldo e amichevole, dove ogni mescolata, sminuzzata e bollita si aggiunge a una serata indimenticabile piena di connessioni che non troverai in nessun ristorante di Mendoza. Qui, imparerai a cucinare 7 ricette alimentari incentrate sui sapori dell'Argentina, il tutto sorseggiando vino I più votati. Ci incontreremo nel mio appartamento, sgranocchieremo snack locali e sorseggeremo cocktail Vermuth, e ci metteremo a cucinare! La lezione durerà circa 3 ore e consisterà nel cucinare, socializzare, mangiare e onestamente probabilmente qualche versamento e risata! Cucineremo e mangeremo 7 piatti che consistono in 2 antipasti, 1 principale, 1 contorno, 1 dessert, e all-you-care per bere vino da una cantina vicina dove lavoro come sommelier (abbiamo anche bevande analcoliche se necessario). Una volta terminata la lezione, potrete dedicarvi tutti al resto della vostra incredibile serata a Mendoza con la pancia piena e possibilmente qualche nuovo amico da esplorare!

We had a great time cooking with David and Rosi! We enjoyed two favorite local cocktails and a wonderful Malbec while we made three different kinds of empanadas with multiple folding techniques. The beef empanadas were really flavorful, and we loved the empanada caprese “baskets“. The provoleto was a nice addition. The wine and herb marinated steak was really tender, and we put together an amazing chimichurri sauce.! All the dishes were a hit with my family! All of this we did with full active participation in a really warm atmosphere. It was a wonderful evening and we would definitely cook with them again! You won’t be disappointed.
