Namaste & Greetings from Liberty Holidays! Thank you very much for taking the time to provide valuable feedback and giving us the opportunity to serve you. It is our immense pleasure. We look forward to serving you with our best hospitality in the future too. Liberty Holidays Team
Overall the tour was very good. Our hotel and transport were arranged with no issues at all. We stayed at the Maruni Sanctuary Lodge - the hotel was clean, quiet and the food was reasonable. Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. We managed to see Rahinos a few times and witness elephants bathing at midday, which was very impressive. Just one thing, the tour should inform clients on the literature what colour cloths not to wear (i.e. no red, no yellow, no white and no black) - it would be useful to know about this in advance of the safari and to pack the right colour cloths!
Dear Wifgi Gebrial Truly, it is our pleasure. Thank you so much for choosing us and giving us the opportunity to serve you.We look forward serving you with our best hospitality in future too. Thank you so much for your valuable feedback and given us a chance to improve as well. Regards
No one from the tour agency Liberty Holidays, Kathmandu was there to take us back to our hotel (Marriott Kathmandu) from the bus stop on our return from the Chitwan National Park tour even though they were supposed to. We waited for about half an hour and also made several calls to their office as well as to the owner of Liberty Holidays and these calls were not answered. We felt ignored. I have given 5 stars only to the attraction and not to the tour company. The tour company was unprofessional.
Dear Mr. Prabhakar, Considering your pickup services from Bus station to Hotel, i had contacted the bus staff that was carrying you from Chitwan at 12:30 pm, and you were at Dharke, Dhading which is approximately 2 hours more drive to Kathmandu. And at around 2:30 pm, i tried to contact the bus staff once again to confirm your arrival. He didn't received the call so i immediately sent the car to pick you. The driver waited for you till 4 pm to pick you but couldn't found you. Anyways we are extremely sorry for the inconvenient, we do not mean that careless hospitality. We are in this tourism sector since 20 plus years and thousands of happy customers. Also our company owner did not have any telephone calls on 21st September there might be some technical problems. Never the less, we would like to refund you some of charges. Personally, I apologize for inconvenience caused.

The tour itself was nice. We saw a few animals having done the Jeep safari as we as the dugout canoe.

The guide was very nice and came to our room Ayer the safari to tell us he found a rhino. He brought us back to see it with no extra charge.

The river ride very relaxing.

We met Mel the rhino.

Wow.

Road getting to the park is awful. Not 5 hours but more like 8-19 of the roughest road in the world. For about 100 you can fly. So worth it.

We thank you for choosing us. - It was a pleasure, Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to serve you.

You will spend an lot of time in the bus; so if you have got time, do the 4 day tour. If not, the 3 day tour is still highly recommended. Chitwan is so beautiful, it is easy to spot bears, rhinos, crocs and many other animals and the guides were great. Just please refrain from the elephantride!!

We thank you for choosing us. - It was a pleasure, Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to serve you.
