Tour culturale in bicicletta di 3 ore a Livingstone

Great afternoon cycling around the suburbs of Livingstone. Got to see the way of life here, the Linda community school, the quarry, and the markets. Met a lovely local family who invited us into their home. Very interesting experience!

We stayed only one night in Vic Falls (less than 24 hours) and skipped the more commercial activities to be able to join Wezi and Eustace on this cultural bike tour. It was recommended by friends who had done the cultural bike tour some years ago. ! Wezi arranged everything to get us easily to the Zambian side so we would have enough time . Apart from an excellent logistical follow-up the tour itself was very insightful and heartwarming. We visited the quarry, the village, the market and the impactful Linda school project. We met a lovely family, some very engaged students, enthusiastic children all over and had some funny encounters at the market. If you want to spend an impactful afternoon, don't hesitate as the money of this excursion goes to the school project. You will never forget how this trip touched your heart and the chances it creates. Wezi and Eustace, keep up this fantastic work <3 .

We had a wonderful and very meaningful experience on this bike tour around Livingstone. The tour takes you beyond the usual tourist areas and gives you the opportunity to see how local people live, where they work, the schools, the markets and some of the poorer areas of the community. It is a very eye-opening experience, and you see realities that we normally only see on television. What made the experience particularly special was our guide, Wezi. He is such a lovely person, incredibly kind, respectful and sensitive. He knows how to show you these realities with great sensitivity and without making you feel like you are simply observing someone else’s life. You can really feel that he cares about the community and the people he introduces you to. Along the way, we met children who have very little, yet their biggest excitement was simply to see us and have a photo taken together. Those moments stay with you and make you reflect on how much we often take for granted. The whole bike ride was very well organised, and our guide made us feel comfortable and welcome throughout. It was much more than a bike tour — it was a genuine opportunity to see another side of Livingstone and to connect, even briefly, with the local community. Highly recommended, especially if you are looking for an experience that goes beyond the typical tourist attractions.

This was the highlight of our trip to Victoria Falls. Everything was organised to perfection. Wezi is an amazing guide and we were so grateful to be welcomed into the authentic side of Zambian life. It was great riding the bicycles through local villages, the school and the market, and we met many local people and families who were so kind. We strongly recommend this tour to have an experience beyond the typical tourist activities. This will be one we remember and talk about for a long time to come.

We went on the cultural bike tour as a family of five, and are so happy we did. Wezi has such a big heart for this school and community, and we felt so privileged and thankful to be able to spend some time with him and contribute to this project. We brought some stationery for the school and also some footballs and other toys. Ask Wezi and he will let you know what the needs are. This tour should be mandatory for everyone visiting the Livingstone area to get an understanding of real Zambia. Thank you Wezi!

For the first time in my life i was riding a bicycle in Zambia! And guess what... I loved it! Seeing Livingstone by taxi or by foot is different, on a bike you can go places where you never thought of walking nor driving. Wezi, our bike-tour-guide was very helpful, as i am not that fit for bicycle rides, but he was very patient and he confirmed and encouraged me to go further than originally planned. And I enjoyed the tour all the way!

This was an amazing experience - it was so impactful to visit local communities and see what life is like for people beyond where tourists usually go in Livingstone. Everyone we met was so incredibly kind, and all the kids we met were super excited about the lollipops we brought! HIGHLY recommend :)

We would really recommend this trip to see a local community, some living in mud huts. We were offered a range of bikes to chose from and these were comfortable and worked well. Any adjustments required were made promptly. It was fun and informative cycling through the community on mud roads seeing a different way of life. The market was very interesting as was the quarry but the highlight was visiting the local community school where 2 classes of children sang to us. The guides were very good, giving a lot of information and allowing us to go at our own pace and never rushing us. We really enjoyed this trip as it gave us a view into Zambian culture.

Absolutely amazing experience. We ride through the villages of Livingstone Zambia and met various people and it was quite the experience. We also saw the market which was just wow.
