Immaculate was extremely helpful in planning and preparing me for the trip, providing guidance on accommodation options as well as travel times and answering my many questions. She was very quick to respond and checked in on the trip also. Nassar the driver kindly shared information about Uganda on the journey there and back and I felt safe in his company. It was simply amazing. Period. Immaculate is exceptional when it comes to Customer satisfaction and I had the best experience ever. I have done many Safaris and outings in Uganda but Bwindi along with lake Bunyonyi was superb for me.The whole experience made me realise that I missed so much previously with other Tour operators and now I just ring or text Immaculate and she helps me out with all my travelling needs.
