My wife and I have Segways but didn’t bring them for this trip. We decided to do the 2 hour Boston tour with this company. Great decision. Rob our guide was awesome. He grew up there and really knew the history. He also dealt with the people who were afraid or had difficulty on a Segway very well. Great sense of humor as well. Definitely a must for first timers to Boston.
Five stars all around. This was a great mix of time enjoying the Segway and pleasant stops with great Boston info. Rick uses a walkie-talkie to broadcast his comments so everybody can hear. Emmett served as the caboose in case anyone ran into problems. I’ve been on a different tour where the lack of a caboose was a big issue. Rick checked frequently to make sure he was covering material that was interesting to our group and that everyone felt safe. Four were on their first ride.
Had a great time exploring Boston on a Segway. Rick was our tour guide and was extremely knowledgeable of the city and made it fun. For those who have never ridden a Segway, your feet can start to hurt after awhile but Rick took plenty of breaks to stretch your legs and some Great photo ops. It’s a great way to start to your visit in Boston, to familiarize yourself with the city and learn its history!
Fantastic time with Captain Jay on the Segway tour. Don’t be afraid of the Segway. Very easy to learn. We have been on Boston tours before and Jay told us things we’ve not heard on other tours. Knowledgeable and very entertaining. Do not skip this tour!
We had such an amazing time on our Segway tour! It was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. Our tour guide, Jay was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience so much fun. We got to see so many great sights while learning interesting facts along the way.

I have been on a few tours before in different locations but yours was the only one that had the speakers on each Segway which was a game changer! BEST TOUR EVERRRRR! I have never ridden a Segway before, but they’re so easy to use and it’s so much fun gliding around the city. Emmett was our tour guide and he was incredible. So knowledgeable and friendly, and made sure we had rest stops and was able to answer all of my stupid questions. We’ve been on tours in London, Salem, New Orleans, all over, and the Boston Segway Tour is absolutely our favorite. We want to do it again. Also we want Segways. Also Emmett freaking rules. Thank you, Emmett!!
Amazing amazing amazing! The most fun thing we did on our five days in Boston. Emmett was an exceptional guide - knowledgeable, affable, funny, and patient. And riding the Segways around Boston was the best. We’ll take this tour again next time we’re back here, for sure!
We love a good Segway tour!! They are a great way to see the city and know which areas to go back and spend more time in. Thompson was great and took great pictures which he shared with us at the end of the tour!
