We are sincerely sorry that this quad tour in Mijas did not meet your expectations, although we would also like to clarify some points that do not fully reflect what actually happened. The change of departure location did indeed happen on the same day, but it was due to an unexpected technical issue at our facilities. For the safety of both our clients and staff, it was necessary to temporarily change the meeting point. We contacted you very early in the day specifically to ensure you had enough time before your afternoon tour and, in fact, you replied to the email very quickly. In any case, you would never have missed the activity because our team would have waited for you. Regarding the French-speaking guide, since you are from Canada and spoke perfect English throughout the experience, we honestly did not feel it was necessary to assign a fully French-speaking guide, especially considering that you were the only French-speaking participants in the group. Nevertheless, all important explanations and safety instructions were properly provided, and we apologise if your expectations were different in this regard. As for the driving pace, at no point were you asked to drive dangerously or exceed any legal speed limits. Our tours are beginner-friendly guided excursions carried out at a safe and legal pace. The guide simply asked you to maintain a normal group rhythm, as driving excessively slowly in certain sections can also create uncomfortable or unsafe situations with the other vehicles and disrupt the overall flow of the tour. In fact, other participants became frustrated due to the repeated interruptions to the pace of the excursion. Finally, we are surprised by the comments made about our team. None of our guides behave in an arrogant or rude manner, and the thousands of positive reviews we have received over the years for our quad tours on the Costa del Sol reflect exactly the opposite. We genuinely regret that the experience did not create a better connection during the activity. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best. Throughout the entire booking process, both on our website and on our partner platforms, it is clearly stated that all participants must arrive at our facilities at least 30 minutes before the tour starts to complete registration and receive the safety briefing on time. In your case, you arrived 20 minutes after the official start time of the tour. Although we always try to be flexible, we must also respect the schedules of the other customers who arrive on time. In this case, the couple sharing your tour waited over 35 minutes, and we finally had to start to avoid further inconvenience for them.
