- Tutti i piloti devono essere sotto un massimo di 230lbs. Banff Trail Riders si impegna per la salute dei nostri cavalli e la sicurezza dei nostri ospiti, il che significa che i requisiti di peso massimo sono rigorosamente applicati. Come parte del processo di check-in, agli ospiti potrebbe essere richiesto di confermare il loro peso attuale su una bilancia. - Gli ospiti che partecipano all'equitazione dovranno avere almeno 8 anni e i bambini di età inferiore a 17 anni dovranno essere accompagnati da un genitore o tutore. Siete pregati di notare che i bambini non saranno accoppiati con un adulto, ma dovranno cavalcare il proprio cavallo. L'età minima è rigorosamente applicata e come parte del processo di check-in, agli ospiti potrebbe essere richiesto di fornire la prova dell'età del bambino. Nel caso in cui questo requisito non sia soddisfatto, la prenotazione verrà persa senza rimborso.
- Per motivi di sicurezza i caschi sono obbligatori per essere indossati da tutti i piloti.
- I piloti devono indossare pantaloni lunghi e robuste scarpe chiuse alla caviglia - niente scarpe aperte o scarpe con tacchi grandi.
- Gli adulti devono firmare una liberatoria per tutte le attività e una liberatoria deve anche essere compilata dal genitore o tutore legale di qualsiasi persona di età inferiore ai 18 anni (può essere richiesta una documentazione per confermare l'Luminare del firmatario).
- I cavalieri devono essere fisicamente in grado di controllare il cavallo durante la corsa senza assistenza e per la salute e la sicurezza di tutti i cavalieri purtroppo non possiamo accogliere eventuali disabilità o cavalieri con esigenze speciali. Riconosciamo che l'equitazione per disabili è un insieme di abilità unico e rispettato che noi dei fienili non abbiamo l'attrezzatura o le competenze appropriate per eseguire in sicurezza.

A beautiful ride - such stunning scenery. The staff were lovely and horses very calm. I would throughly recommend.

Serious safety concerns after a disturbing incident on this tour. I expressed my concerns in a lengthy and respectful email to this company following our ride. No response. Sent a follow up email. No response. Would not recommend.
We went for a two hour ride. Aimed at novices so we only walked, no trotting. wonderful scenery horses well trained & well cared for. Would have enjoyed a bit of trotting but enjoyed the time regardless. I was 5th in the single file of horses & couldn’t hear a lot of what the guide at the front was saying. Apart from that enjoyed the ride.
Cant take a back pack with you. If your horse is past the 8th horse in line, you won’t be able to hear the lead horse guide.
Everyone was exceptional and kind, our four leggeded friends were well trained and very friendly. It was a beautiful experience on horseback through the mountains, the guides were full of information and fun to ride with. We would recommend this experience to anyone.
My partner and I had never been on a horse, so what better way to experience it together in the Rockies?! The team were extremely friendly and encouraging throughout our 2 hour long ride. They were very knowledgeable and the scenery was absolutely stunning. We are both so glad we signed up for this activity!
This was a great experience for inexperienced riders. The horses were very behaved and easily handled. The guides were very attentive and made sure everyone was safe and enjoying themselves. The trail was beautiful as well!
This was by far the biggest highlight of our trip to Banff! We had two guides, one leading the front and one in the back of the line. They were knowledgeable, funny, and made us feel safe the entire time. This is a must-do for anyone’s visit! A few notes: (1) If possible, plan to take an epsom salt bath or get a massage after. You’ll definitely be sore if you’re new to horseback riding! (2) Bring Canadian cash with you to tip the guides after. They’re incredible and deserve it! (3) My only suggestion for improvement is if they can offer to take a photo of you on the horse while on the trail with the amazing views in the background. They did offer to take a photo at the end of the trip which was already a nice touch! If you’re nervous, do yourself a favor and book it! You won’t regret it!
We had a wonderful ride, the leaders were hilarious and very funny and personable. Sara and Crystal do a great job! It was myself and my daughter, amazing views and the horses are so well behaved
