In due ore, mangerai, sorseggerai e passeggerai tra i monumenti, i sapori e la storia vivente che rendono Little Havana la vera anima di Miami. Si parte dal Monumento alla Baia dei Porci, dove le storie della migrazione cubana degli anni '60 fanno da sfondo. Da lì, il quartiere si sviluppa : sculture di Gallo colorato, il Memoriale José Martí, la Mappa di Cuba e il Parco Domino, dove Celia Cruz e Gloria Estefan hanno il loro posto sulla Walk of Fame. We had an amazing experience with the Secret Food Tour in Miami! César did an excellent job as our guide. He was fun, friendly, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. Our tour guide, Cesar, was amazing! He was deeply knowledgeable about Cuba, telling us the history all the way back to the 19th century. All the places from food to cigars to ice cream were fantastic. It was amazing to hear Cesar’s experience immigrating from Cuba and to where he is today.

Our 2 hour Express Tour of Little Havana was the highlight of our trip to Miami. This vibrant neighborhood, full of history and Cuban culture was brought to life by our tour guide, Cesar. Cesar was fantastic! He started the tour by telling us the history of Cuba and the struggles his people. He shared his personal story of leaving Cuba at 19 to make a better life for himself in the United States. He is an amazing man. We then walked the main street of Little Havana and stopped in several shops to sample baked goods, coffee, sugar cane water and ice cream. We went to a cigar shop and watched a woman roll a cigar. We went to the famous Ball and Chain restaurant and bar to see the original interior. Along the way we'd encounter locals who Cesar knew and we'd learn about their stories. This tour with Cesar is a must while in Miami!

Our guide, Kayan, was absolutely perfect. He's informative and funny. We can tell he has done tons of reseach and actually know what he's talking about. He definitely made this tour a wonderful experience. We've been on tasting tours before. The tasting sample is normally the tiniest amout but not on this one. More than expected considering it's just a "sample". The quality of these tastings did not disappoint either. Delicious!
