Just got back from an absolute dream 3-day tour with Maxtour, and my mind is still blown. Every single stop felt straight out of an action movie or another planet. Riding up 6,500 feet along Zion's cliffside through those dark tunnels was pure adrenaline, and hiking the Riverside Walk felt like trekking through the Amazon like Indiana Jones. The slot canyons were hauntingly beautiful, with natural rock sculptures that looked like ghostly figures trying to break out of the walls. Monument Valley's 4x4 tour was the absolute highlight—those massive, iconic buttes looked like a prehistoric Western movie set. Standing on Forrest Gump Hill with my arms wide open is a memory I will keep forever. The deep blue curve of the Colorado River at Horseshoe Bend was stunning, and Bryce Canyon's hoodoos brought the Coyote legend to life right before our eyes. Having seen Mather Point in the winter, I can say without a doubt that Yavapai Point, is the grandest view of the Grand Canyon of them all. On top of that, we got bonus views from Lipan and Grandview point too. What made this trip truly unforgettable was our guide, Jim. Since it was just the two touring guests includoingme, it felt like a top-tier private VIP tour the entire time. Jim knows the natural and anthropological history of these lands inside out. He managed everything flawlessly: driving smoothly, dodging bad weather with expert timing, finding clean restrooms and incredible local food spots, keeping the car fully stocked with snacks and drinks, and playing a playlist that set the ultimate vibe. I cannot thank Jim and Maxtour enough. Easiest 5-star review ever.
Our Three-Day Tour with Jim was amazing! He was polite, professional, and made sure everyone was comfortable. He always stopped for restroom breaks, provided plenty of snacks and water, and shared interesting facts and stories about every place we visited. His music choices made the long drives even more enjoyable. Thank you, Jim, for an unforgettable trip to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Monument Valley, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and the Grand Canyon. Highly recommended!
I did the three day tour with Jim. Highly recommend it. Jim was knowledgable about the different sites and a friendly tour guide. I got to explore different locations with new friends I made on the trip.
We (four friends) did the three day tour and our guide was Jim. He was really kind and patient, did not rush us and was very chill. Made us laugh a lot too. This was a great experience with Max tour and especially our guide who was very friendly.
Great trip! Jim, our driver, did a great job! Kept us all on schedule and safe. If you want to see many sights in a short period of time this is the trip for you.
Great time, great people!! Antelope Canyon is a must see!
Guide Carl is a 10/10. Very fun, he provides music for all nationalities. This 2-day tour to Antelope Canyon and the Colorado Canyon, among other stops, was truly incredible. If you can, do not miss it, and if you have the opportunity, ask to do it with Carl.
My cousin and I decided that a tour to the Grand Canyon from Vegas would be great! We booked with Max Tours to pick us up from our Vegas Hotel (the W). The driver arrived just when we were advised (5:30 am) just at the correct location we were given. Our tour guide was Josiah and he was awesome! Everything was just as explained! Water/food/beverages were provided! Much needed after the 110 degree day hikes! We stayed at a beautiful newly renovated hotel and had a great full hot breakfast! We were given options for dinner and dropped off and picked up which was great! So many thanks to Josiah! My back decided to go out the night before the tour but was helped in and out of the van as needed by Josiah or other guest in the van which made my trip! I would book this tour in again and highly recommend to anyone that is thinking of booking! Thanks again Josiah for making this such a rememberable trip!
We had an amazing time on the trip with Melony to the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam from Las Vegas. The bus was comfortable and very cool. We had plenty of water and snacks for the trip. Everything went very smoothly and it’s something that I’ll never forget. The best thing about the drive is that it went very fast because our tour guide was so knowledgeable about Nevada history, the Hoover Dam and the history and the geology that created the Grand Canyon. Really loved all of her dam facts. We even stopped to see some wild big horned sheep!
Ken was our guide driver and he made sure everything went on plan. Very careful, considerate and was able to fit in lot of extra bonuses. Thoroughly enjoyed
