Grotta delle Rondinelle. Una delle grotte più note e più vaste della costa settentrionale, accessibile agevolmente anche dal retro, oltre che dal mare, è la Grotta delle Rondinelle. Secondo la credenza popolare il nome deriva dal fatto che, in passato, ogni anno una rondine vi costruisse il suo nido. Molto visitata e fotografata, è rinomata anche per i tuffi sia dalla sommità del soffitto sia dalle pareti a picco.
Grotta degli Innamorati. Piccola e suggestiva, la Grotta degli Innamorati, prende il nome dall’intimità che offre a chi voglia sottrarsi allo sguardo dei numerosissimi bagnanti. Raggiungibile esclusivamente a nuoto, si caratterizza per l’ingresso molto basso sul livello del mare, al di sotto di una falesia altissima e compatta.
Grotta Palazzese & Grotta Ardito. La Grotta Palazzese prende il suo nome da Grotta di Palazzo, in quanto inglobata nei beni del Palazzo dalla famiglia Leto, feudataria di Polignano dal 1713 al 1794. Autentica meraviglia della natura, è la più grande e la più rinomata grotta di tutto il litorale polignanese. Situata sotto il largo omonimo, la grotta Ardito prende nome dal suo antico proprietario, il sacerdote Don Giuseppe Ardito, che vi fece scavare una lunga scala per accedervi facilmente. Qui è presente una colonna naturale chiamata “colonna d’Ercole”.
Durante il tour è prevista una sosta per un bel bagno. Tuffati nel mare cristallino e goditi un momento di completo relax! I giochi di luce e l’atmosfera incantevole delle grotte sono un’esperienza che non potrai più dimenticare! Per rendere questo momento davvero perfetto potrai goderti un tipico aperitivo pugliese con i nostri taralli da accompagnare a del prosecco freschissimo.

Beautiful places, friendly and courteous people, many things to see and do. Inevitable boat trip to see the caves, we happened to skipper Vincenzo, nothing short of amazing.
The fabulous crew: Both very attentive to their passengers, top captain who played with great skill with the waves due to a strong wind during our outing, guided tour of the caves which was both informative and entertaining... Very joyful and enjoyable ride several stops (photos, swimming, laughter & Prosecco for the older ones and sodas for the younger ones) Topissime
We were excited to be able to do a boat ride and see the caves, however our experience with the staff was extremely disappointing. We had originally booked a private tour but the day prior, we decided to also do a group tour for that day. Immediately after disembarking from the boat on the day we did the group tour, one of the staff members demanded a 200€ deposit from us for our private tour the following day. Previously we had been told that the entire payment would me made on the day of the tour. We told him that we did not have that kind of cash on us and he told us to use the ATM they have at the marina, but we explained we could not do that due to the foreign transaction fees. We walked away and the man came after us when we were waiting for our ride to pick us up. He continued to engage with us, stating that he did not believe we were coming back tomorrow and he had other people wanting to take a ride at the same time. We were a group of 3 young women and felt extremely uncomfortable by how we were treated, as he kept insisting that we give him the money. Additionally, on the day we had the group tour we booked for 5 PM on TripAdvisor but when we arrived were told that there was no one to take us and we would have to wait until 6 PM. So we had to wait around at the marina for one hour which was outside of the city center without anything to do. The lack of professionalism was appalling with this company. Overall, the boat ride was nice but the staff was very rude.
Very kind, with regard to what you have reported, I would like to point out that, although it is your right to book when it is most convenient for you, it is our right to ask for an advance for reservations (especially for exclusive ones). You will understand well that the tourism sector has a high flow of visitors and therefore it is more than logical to ask our customers for an advance both to guarantee their reservation and to guarantee us the certainty of an orderly, safe and peaceful work. As for the time change, we apologize for the inconvenience but unfortunately it did not depend on us, but on the maritime conditions and the wait, to which it refers, was spent in one of the refreshment points present, sheltered from the sun and from the heat. Great experience! We were very well received at first. The staff on the boat were great, especially Antonio! We got to know the history of the caves and the village of Polignano a Mare, all in music and with a superb Mood. We bathed in a beautiful cave. Then we were able to drink a good glass of prosceco and eat tarallis on the boat while still enjoying a swim in transparent water. I recommend! PS: plan to arrive early to find a parking space.

It's boat tour unexpectedly became the highlight of our trip. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. We all left with smiles on our faces.
