Bad service nickels and dimes all customers. Up charge you as soon as you arrive. Messaged the host and they didn’t honor their deal and refused service

It’s a blast! Jet skis are great and the scenic trip through the marina and morning field was awesome!
Good expedience, did not feel like 90 minutes, felt shorter. Tour should be around different parts of Miami and not going in circles around cones right outside the marina.

Jet ski broke down and they said ir was working just fine and we lying. We also booked if for 10:00 and didn’t get started until almost 12:00. They were not professional at all and had bad costumer service.
We had an amazing time!! Everyone was so helpful and funny! We can’t wait to come back to Miami again and ride the jet skis!

i did not get my refund for the 5th ticket but other than that fun and the tour guides chill and made the experience fun

It was too windy to ride me and my daughter were unable to go, but My sons had a great time. They loved it and would love to come back.

It was my daughters first time and this topped off her 18th bday trip. We had an amazing guide and the jet skis were new and went fast.

All Fees Included 👎 They charged me another $300 for 'what they say' is for Insurance for the jetski. In which they said they would return but they didnt. AND they charge you to take a test that the State demands all participants have.

The $150 damage deposit (per jet ski) is a standard refundable hold placed on a credit or debit card, as outlined in our Jet Ski policies. This is a temporary authorization rather than a fee, and it is released once the equipment is returned in its original condition. Please note that while we release the hold immediately, financial institutions can sometimes take several business days to reflect this in your statement. Regarding the boating exam, this is a state-mandated requirement for drivers born after January 1, 1988, to operate a jet ski legally in Florida. The vendor we use is registered with the state of Florida for your convenience. You are, however, under absolutely no obligation to use our vendor. All of this information is disclosed in the booking listing prior to booking.
