Had a great time, it was guided but still super thrilling. We showed up a little late but it was no issue for the team
I had a great time at WOW San Juan. The whole experience felt smooth from the moment I arrived at the San Juan Bay Marina. Checking in was quick, and I never felt rushed. Once I got on the water, the ride became the highlight of my trip. Seeing Old San Juan from a jet ski is completely different from seeing it on land — the views of the historic fort, the city walls, and the bay are incredible. The jet skis were in great condition, easy to handle, and the route had a perfect mix of calm areas and places where you could really open it up. The price felt fair for a jet ski tour in San Juan, especially considering the location and the scenery. I spent about an hour there, and most of that time was actually riding, which made the visit worth it. The atmosphere around the marina was relaxed and organized, and even though there were other groups, it never felt crowded or chaotic. The staff made the experience even better. They were friendly, patient, and clear with instructions. You can tell they care about safety and making sure everyone has a good time on the water. I’d recommend WOW San Juan to anyone visiting Puerto Rico — couples, families, or anyone looking for one of the best jet ski experiences in San Juan and a fun way to see Old San Juan from the water.
Isaiah was a truly excellent at his job...really makes a nervous skier feel relaxed and comfortable out on the open sea.
First time jet skiing and it was an amazing adventure. The tour guy was pretty cool also taught me everything needed to handle the jet ski.
No clear instructions rude staff didn’t let us know things in advance no person at station and no one to help answer questions
