Punctual and helpful. Eric was very nice. Minibus good for people (we had 9 with 2 babies and lots of extra stuff for 3 week trip. Baby pack n plays, strollers, baby backpacks and multiple suitcases of diapers, baby food, etc. All in all we had close to 25 suitcases. ( in our defense, 12 were baby equipment and stuff). Mini bus had room for maybe 10-12. So we lifted quite a few into the bus. I would recommend this service. For a tour for a dozen people with purses and backpacks, it would have been great. The people, contacts and service is excellent. Just be clear about luggage capacity.

Despite multiple changes to our travel plans due to aircraft issues, the team were still able to provide first class service. Great communication and support, I can highly recommend them for your private transport needs around Amsterdam.

Peter was on time and got us to our hotel quickly, very much appreciated! We clarified in advance that we had 4 bags and they were sure to send an appropriately-sized vehicle.

Our plane was a little late and customs took awhile. Our driver was in contact and told us where to meet him. The vehicle was immaculate. The driver was friendly and courteous.

In 2018, we received a delegation of mayors and professors from Porto for which we had scheduled several appointments on the two days throughout Amsterdam. We then used the services of Shuttle2 Amsterdam for the first time with great pleasure and comfort. Contact by mail and telephone excellent, clear and fast. The taxi was always on time, we had a good contact with the driver who showed himself very responsible towards the visitors. In short, 300%. Our new reservation of May will simply be moved to this autumn.

Picked up with 7 people at Schiphol and used for back to the airport. Driver was On time and very friendly And very helpful driver. There was a lot of luggage with American guests. Nice big minibus and clean. Definitely recommended.

I have been taking groups of women on antique shopping and flea market tours in Europe and this was our first time in Amsterdam. We used Shuttle 2 for several transfers within Amsterdam for 21 people. Communication with before the trip was stellar, and payment was easy to make. I had to make several time adjustments, even up to 24 hours before, and it was met with quick and positive confirmation from Lodewijk or Gaby. We were picked up at the AMA Kristina after a Christmas Markets Cruise, at the Amsterdam Cruise Port to transfer to the Radisson Blu City Center. The drivers were professional, on time, and friendly. When it was determined that we had too much luggage, they had an additional vehicle there within 10 minutes! The drivers on every single transfer were accommodating and friendly. The buses were immaculately clean and comfortable. Extra thanks to Johan, who had to wait an extra hour one night, as our dinner was delayed. Transfers to the airport were spot on time, drivers helped with the luggage, and it was a calm departure. I highly recommend this company. I have dealt with a lot of transportation companies over the years, and they were hands down the best, and I will never use anyone else!
