Great experience! Tristan and Zara were amazing 😊
Excellent trip. Worth the money. The team are very nice.
Don't bother with this trip if it's the swimming with pigs and snorkeling. Finding the place at the dock is a nightmare. They take you to a very standard dive spot for snorkeling, there's probably better just off your hotel beach. Then there's the turtle spotting were you're told it's too dangerous due to sharks to snorkel to see the turtles, but 100s of people are in the water snorkeling?! Then you get to the 007 beach club, 70% of the sq footage of this place is designated to 'VIP club' space where they will try to upgrade you, if you don't upgrade it's a fight with others for the approximate 9 sunbeds. Only water and some fruit juice provided and what I'd consider a frozen burger in the UK. Then about half an hour later than it should have been it's finally time to "Swim with the pigs". Let me be clear on this, there is no swimming with the pigs! You have to stand packed in a line barely in the sea, where you then feed 4 pretty big pigs that are pushed down the steps onto the beach like you're at the petting zoo, they DO NOT SWIM. After this is done and the seagulls have eaten most of the food that you tried to give the pigs while people pushed in front of you it's time to get back on the boat... I've read another review that said their boat had engine problems I'm guessing we had this boat back, the BOAT CRAWLS back to the dock, this takes about an hour in the blazing sun in no cover, with music at full volume, it was like hell on water!!! Oh, then of course they ask for a tip...
We booked this trip since we were traveling to Bahamas 🇧🇸 and I’m so glad we did. We went with my boys and friends. My husband couldn’t make it due to fainted on the hotel beach the day before and canceled his ticket wasn’t a big deal easy and they refunded my money back. This experience started with our Nice group in our speed boat and our incredible crew the captain and representative attentive team. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable but most importantly they were always making sure our safety was their priority hands down 🙌🏼 that talks great about this company! We had so much fun in the boat also snorkeling 🤿 water was so refreshing and excellent visibility. We saw sea turtles 🐢 and lots of fish like the beautiful parrot fish. When we went to Rose Island 🏝️ the magic began in that gorgeous paradise water absolutely stunning heaven water. They gave us lunch and the rest was all incredible experience. Definitely recommend this company and our wonderful Captain Kareem ☀️🏝️🇧🇸
The snorkeling and Rose Island were beautiful (8/10), but the excursion was extremely poorly managed. Our tour which was supposed to be 10 AM-2 PM was rescheduled twice less than 24 hours before the excursion, with a final time of 12:30 PM-4:30 PM. We called Viator to cancel because we were worried about missing our 5:00 PM cruise. The operator then arrived, asked us not to cancel, and repeatedly guaranteed we'd be back at the cruise port by 4:30 PM and dropped off directly at the terminal. Based on those assurances, we withdrew our cancellation request. The excursion itself was enjoyable, but everything fell apart on the return. Despite reminding the crew multiple times that we had a cruise to catch, there was no urgency or organization. Passengers weren't called back to the boat, we didn't leave Rose Island until about 4:22 PM, and the captain even slowed down for 5 minutes so everyone could watch sea turtles. We weren't dropped off until 5:02 PM, forcing us to sprint 10–12 minutes to our ship. We only made it because others onboard intervened. Otherwise, we would’ve definitely missed our ship. What makes this so disappointing is that the issue wasn't bad weather or circumstances beyond their control—it was poor planning, repeated delays, disorganization, and promises they failed to keep. Throughout the ordeal, no one apologized or acknowledged the stress they caused. The snorkeling was good, but the operation deserves 1/10. If you're arriving by cruise ship, I strongly recommend choosing a different operator. Missing your ship is simply not a risk worth taking.
Our Captain Dion and 1st Mate Andrew were truly awesome! They were very welcoming and warming to our group. They did a great job keeping us all safe and made sure we enjoyed our experience.I absolutely recommend booking if you are in the Bahamas. Thanks again Dion and Andrew and all the 007 staff!
Thank you for choosing Oasis Ocean7;we look forward to hosting you again in the near future!
We had the best time with Captain Deon and his First mate Andrew! They were very helpful and Andrew got in when we were snorkeling to help everyone out too. It was my first time snorkeling but they made it an easy experience! There was good music, good energy, and so many memories were made. The private island was perfect, and the piggies 😍. Highlight of my trip and my teens loved it just as much!
BRAVO! We are happy your experience was worthwhile and enjoyable! Please visit again in the near future!
Our tour was changed from 9am to 10am the day before hand. We never went to the reef to snorkel or the turtle sanctuary. Instead we went to a small area near some rocks to snorkel with very few fish. We were also told that we were on the “slower” of the two boats that day so our time on the island was cut short in order to make it back in time. The beach was nice and the bartenders were awesome.
I took my family of nine ranging from 7 to 75 years old. We all for the most part enjoyed the outing. The start was shaky because there isn't any information at the pickup point instructing where the sign in booth was. After exploring around the area, I found it and was only told that Captain Kareem was our captain. We stood in a very crowded area waiting and waiting. We got there as instructed at 9:30 for 10:00 excursion and at 10:30 we finally were called to board our boat. The boat was down about 3 feet from the pier with no steps. This proved very challenging especially for elderly people and my wife who was carefully picked up and cradled down onto the boat by Sherman. This man was incredible the entire cruise with everyone on board! He made it fun!!! Once we left the pier, the boat was having mechanical issues so we couldn't go fast. We traveled to the snorkeling site in the hot sun. Once there we enjoyed the snorkeling and then onto the swimming with the pigs which was really only standing in the water and feeding the pigs. My grandkids enjoyed it just the way it was. Access to the beach from the boat involved a fairly steep climb up stairs and the down to the beach. This was quite workout for my wife and myself. After lunch was over it was back to the boat and the trip home. Because of the mechanical problems it took over 30 minutes to get back under a blazing sun. My 7-year-old granddaughters had to be held under towels to protect them from overheating. Not the most enjoyable boat trip I have ever taken. They knew there was a problem with this boat, they should have either cancelled the trip or made other provisions. This was a fun and very interesting excursion if not for the grueling slow trip back.
Captain Andy and Captain Andrew were amazing! Easy pick up at Margaritaville Restaurant. Boat to Rose Island with snorkel stop and swim with sea turtles. Once at beach club we had lunch, drinks and got to feed the pigs. Very well organized and our kids had a blast. They are building a new pool which was almost done. The bartenders at the 007 Beach Club were all awesome. Very friendly. Found prices cheaper booking on Viator vs direct on their website. 4 hour tour which was perfect amount of time.
