Zurich Foxtrail Odysseus

Great experience. As a resident of Zurich together with my wife from England, son, and daughter-in-law living abroad.

It was a lot of fun, we laughed a lot and the movement is taken care of. Thanks, gladly again

All in all a great trail. It was fun, and it had original posts. Depending on the age of the kids a bit demanding, but this is clearly written from the beginning. Zurich with its winding streets is once again rediscovered.

The "Foxtrail Odysseus" in Zurich - which starts from the Stadelhofen train station, which can be reached in a few minutes from the main SBB train station or even on foot - entertained us with its puzzles and games and for me it was interesting - although I know the city on the Limmat well - also for some stretches and views that I did not know or had been there in the past only briefly. Of "Foxtrail" in Zurich are proposed some, this was our first - by the way ever - and it was really worth it. According to our experience, positive is more than recommended to have fun in company or challenge each other among friends and / or relatives. The directions, however, are only in German - a language that we all know in the family - and in English, so take this into account.

This is my third time doing Foxtrail...It is absolutely wonderful. A genius has deciphered these trails. It´s a great team building exercise as well as so much fun walking down streets of your city which you thought you knew.. Great experience and highly recommended. Word of caution - min. 2 people are required for some of the clues.

It was not the first, but also not the last Foxtrail we did. Many exciting varied posts made us experience a great day in Zurich. Although we also know the city well, we discovered many new and beautiful nooks again.

Beautiful alleys views and fountains to discover. Short distances and hidden puzzles have to be solved. Always on the trail of the fox.

I live near Zurich but don't know the city well, and we had family visiting from abroad. This was a great way guide us through the city, where I could point out and talk about the places I knew as well as find a few that I didn't. The puzzles were a good difficulty: Not too challenging, but not trivial, and with some interesting twists. I can imagine that it would be perfect for a couple of families to do together: The children can focus on the puzzles and the parents can talk and view the sights. The fact that there is no time pressure means that you can look around the area, take a little detour, stop in a shop, or grab a bite to eat along the way. A nice addition would be for the printout you carry with you to have a short paragraph or two next to the end-point of each clue that describes the significance of where you are. People can always skip reading it if they're not interested, but it would add to the appreciation of the city and the route. There was also one clue where you had to get down on your knees and reach into a somewhat grubby area; not everyone might appreciate that.

Very nice trip around the city. Awesome opportunity to see places, we would never noticed, even when you live in Zurich.

the foxtrail is great. But the logistic with Viator was very poor. Although the payment was taken, my booking was not passed so that we could take part. I therefore had to spend an extra hour on the day ordering again. I am in the process of requesting a refund from Viator.
