La visite commence par un bref tour sur le funiculaire Polybahn, qui nous emmène de Central à la terrasse panoramique en face du bâtiment principal de l'École polytechnique fédérale en seulement trois minutes. De ce point de vue, vous admirerez une vue imprenable sur la ville tout en découvrant des informations fascinantes sur les EPF, ainsi que sur les contributions de la Suisse à l'éducation, à la science et à l'innovation.
Explorez le charme enchanteur de la vieille ville de Zurich, un quartier animé chargé d'histoire, de culture et d'une beauté intemporelle. Flânez dans ses rues pavées étroites, flanquées de bâtiments médiévaux, de boutiques et de cafés accueillants. Admirez des monuments emblématiques tels que le Grossmünster et l'église Saint-Pierre, qui abrite le plus grand cadran d'horloge d'Europe. Que vous découvriez des ruelles cachées, parcouriez des magasins uniques ou profitiez simplement de l'atmosphère animée de ses places pittoresques, la vieille ville de Zurich promet un voyage captivant dans le riche patrimoine de la ville. Les prochains arrêts sont tous situés dans ce quartier historique.
Nous serons émerveillés par l'extérieur superbe de l'église de Grossmünster.
L'église de Fraumünster est l'un des monuments les plus emblématiques de Zurich, connu pour son architecture élégante et ses superbes vitraux. Nous l'admirerons de l'extérieur.
L'église Saint-Pierre de Zurich est célèbre pour avoir le plus grand cadran d'horloge d'Europe. Avec un diamètre de 8,7 mètres (28,5 pieds), l'horloge domine le clocher de l'église et est une caractéristique frappante de l'horizon de Zurich.
Lindenhof est une oasis tranquille au cœur de Zurich, chargée d'histoire datant de 80 avant J.-C. et reconnue comme le berceau de l'histoire de la ville. Avec ses vues imprenables, ce parc pittoresque sert également d'endroit idéal pour capturer des photos mémorables.
La Polybahn, en service depuis 1889, relie la place centrale près de la gare principale de Zurich (Central) à la partie supérieure de la ville, menant à l’École polytechnique fédérale de Zurich (ETH).
Rindermarkt est une place historique et pittoresque de la vieille ville de Zurich (Altstadt), connue pour son charmant mélange d'architecture médiévale et de vie urbaine moderne. Autrefois un marché aux bestiaux animé — comme son nom l’indique — Rindermarkt s’est transformé en un quartier animé rempli de cafés confortables, de boutiques et de restaurants accueillants.
Après avoir exploré la ville et fait une petite randonnée sur la colline locale, nous reviendrons à Zurich en bateau. Pendant la croisière de 45 minutes sur le lac de Zurich, nous parlerons de chocolat en passant par la chocolaterie Lindt et admirerons l’une des zones les plus exclusives du lac, qui abrite des célébrités comme Tina Turner.
Après la visite à pied de la ville, nous nous dirigerons vers l'un des joyaux locaux de Zurich, Uetliberg ou Felsenegg, où nous ferons un court trajet en train ou en téléphérique aérien pour profiter d'une vue panoramique à couper le souffle. Cet endroit récréatif populaire pour les habitants offre une vue imprenable sur Zurich, le lac et les Alpes enneigées. Nous ferons également une randonnée tranquille le long du sentier unique « Planetweg », qui présente un modèle réduit de notre système solaire. Entourés par l'air frais et la beauté de la forêt, nous terminerons l'expérience par une promenade panoramique en bateau jusqu'à Zurich.

I was in Switzerland for work this week, arriving on a tight schedule with only half a day to spare in Zürich before I needed to take the train down to southern Switzerland. I chose this tour based on the glowing reviews and an impressive itinerary, and I'm really glad I did. Customs at the airport took longer than expected, and I was worried I'd miss my start time. I reached out to Constantin ahead of time, and he was incredibly understanding. Being 30 minutes late ended up being a non-issue. As it turned out, I was the only one on the tour that Sunday, which made it feel even more special. We hit all the iconic spots in Zürich, and I came away with a real sense of Swiss culture and some genuinely fascinating stories along the way. The mix of walking, cable cars, and a lake cruise made for a fantastic full-day experience. Worth noting: this was during a historic heat wave, but we paced ourselves well with plenty of breaks and took advantage of the city's public water fountains to stay hydrated. That was a surprisingly charming detail I wouldn't have known about on my own. The highlight, though, was spending the day with Constantin. He's warm, engaging, and clearly passionate about what he does, and that energy is contagious. I left feeling genuinely grateful for the experience. If you're visiting Zürich and have even a half day to spare, I'd highly recommend this tour. You'll see far more than you would on your own, and you'll leave with stories you couldn't have found on a map.

We started at the Ruby Hotel with Constantine, a new Swiss citizen originally from Romania with excellent English and German speaking skills. Our walking tour of old town was very detailed with great explanations. Our boat trip on the lake was an enjoyment and we got off at the fourth stop and walked and bussed up to the cable car ride. We had a great lunch at the top with priceless views of the lake and Zurich. We then headed down on the cable car did some walking around the town before grabbing the train to Zurich to complete our day at 4pm with all our questions answered and great memories and pictures. Highly recommend this tour as a great way to get familiar with Zurich and the local culture.

We thoroughly enjoyed our days outing with Constantin! He was so personable, sharing his stories and knowledge of Zurich. We saw many highlights of the city. Many modes of transport were used, as the locals do!Lunch stop at the Felsenegge Stallikon restaurant was superb and in a charming environment. The cruise on Lake Zurich was very pretty even on an overcast day. We highly recommend Constantin and Bobo tours.

This tour is a great introduction to Zurich when you first arrive.Constantin was an excellent guide and could give us all the knowledge we wanted to know about Zurich.Added bonus, we were the only 2 people on this tour so we could decide on transport options . Thoroughly recommend.
