Hotel pickup and drop off as well as guides for Zimbabwe and Zambia side were excellent. Guides were knowledgeable and happy to get very wet together with us in the waterfall mist and spray. N.B. nothing to do with the tour but bring plenty of US dollars. We were a little shocked to have to pay entry fees of $56 and $20 per person (x2=US$152) Maybe include in tour price and people will know
Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your experience and that our guides on both the Zimbabwe and Zambia sides made your visit memorable. They are truly passionate about sharing the beauty of Victoria Falls, even if it means getting soaked in the waterfall spray alongside our guests! We also appreciate your valuable feedback regarding the park entry fees. These fees are set by the national park authorities and are therefore not included in our tour price. We understand this can come as a surprise, and we'll make every effort to highlight these costs more clearly before booking so guests can plan accordingly.
Enjoyed the guided tour of the Falls on both sides. It was very informative, and our guides, Mike and Thelma, were knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful experience! 😊

Victoria Falls is absolutely beautiful. You could see it without a guide. However, if you don't much time, then using guide service with a pick up and drop off is a very reasonable option. We enjoyed the pick up, guides around the falls on both sides, some description about the place and quick border crossing with their help. The first guide on Zambian side, Mike, was very friendly and chatty. The Zimbabwe side is definitely more impressive, however, the guide was rushing it too much, and wasn't in the good mood towards end of the tour. I'd recommend it anyway.
Thank you for taking the time to review us. We sincerely apologize that our guide rushed the tour. We appreciate your feedback and will work to ensure a more enjoyable experience for our future guests.
The tour of the Falls was wonderful. We visited both the Zimbabwean and Zambian sides, and both of our guides were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They shared interesting information throughout the tour, making the experience enjoyable and memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this tour.

The experience was awesome, I enjoyed the guided tour and had fun. It was an awesome experience I really appreciate guides and drivers from both sides
Thank you so much for the great review, We are glad you had an amazing guided tour of the falls.
Outstanding experience - big thank you to Simba, Thelma and Mike for a wonderful day. We’re at the high water level so we got soaked from the spray! Raincoats were provided and that was a big help but your shoes will get very wet. Getting in the spray was a wonderful way to understand the full power of the falls.
Thank you so much for the great review, We are glad you had an amazing guided tour of the falls.
We were greeted at our hotel right on time by Simba, our driver, and Thelma, our guide for the Zimbabwean side of the falls. Both were warm, welcoming, and professional, and Thelma’s knowledge made the experience as she answered all our questions. We loved the unexpected stop at the Big Tree on our way to the falls. Once we crossed to the Zambian side, we were handed over to Mike the driver and Mike the guide, who continued to look after us brilliantly. The entire experience was exceptional. The Victoria Falls is truly breathtaking, and exploring them in a private tour with well‑informed guides made all the difference. Be aware that the tour includes a substantial amount of walking. Around five miles in total along paved paths with steps and inclines. Obviously, it’s very wet throughout. For us, this was the perfect way to fully appreciate the falls, but it may not suit everyone. Make sure you come prepared with sturdy, non‑slip footwear and waterproof clothing.
Thank you so much for taking your time to review us. It was a pleasure to host you and wonderful review.
The whole experience was seamless - all drivers and guides were timely, kind, and informative of cultural history between Zimbabwe and Zambia. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves and asked lots of questions. Best to have the Kaza Univisa to move more easily between countries. Would recommend!
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We’re delighted to hear that you had such an enjoyable guided tour
Tour guides helpful and informative. Tour well organized, including the crossing to Zambia. Visiting Zambia side is a great opportunity to experience Zambia, including the walk across bridge. Definitely recommend visiting both sides of the Falls.
