Nous partons de Melbourne vers 11h30 précises.
Votre premier arrêt est la laiterie de la vallée de Yarra, où les amateurs de fromage se délecteront d'une variété de fromages frais de vache et de chèvre fabriqués sur place dans cette laiterie historique. Savourez chaque bouchée et profitez de la possibilité d'acheter un verre de vin ou un café pour accompagner votre dégustation.
Ensuite, nous nous dirigeons vers le célèbre Domaine Chandon Australia, où vous aurez l’occasion de déguster leurs vins mousseux de classe mondiale tout en profitant d’une vue panoramique. Offrez-vous des huîtres ou un plateau de fromages dans le menu du salon (à vos frais), et célébrez les moments pétillants avec un verre à la main.
Il est temps de déguster plus de vin à Yering Station, le premier vignoble de Victoria. Sirotez une sélection de leurs vins aux climats frais, y compris la signature Shiraz Viognier, tout en explorant le charme historique de la cave et son environnement magnifique.

Six of us had a fantastic experience! Stephen was our driver/guide for the fun-filled day. He was very knowledgeable about Melbourne and the Yarra Valley and a great conversationalist. Our first stop was at a fruit market where we enjoyed some local fruit. Next stop at the dairy we had an amazing spread of cheeses to taste! We enjoyed some wine and bites at Chandon and then moved on to Yering Station for a tasting of their excellent wines. We stopped at the Chocolaterie to taste chocolate (and buy ice cream!) I think our favorite part of the day was stopping to see kangaroos in the wild on our way back to Melbourne! It was a great Australian experience!

Only 2 wineries. First one with only one drink. Had to purchase a flight if we wanted more. Cheese was good, but no explanation or tour of making cheese. No choices for lunch, only appetizers.

Great day out however we would have preferred more time in Chandon (to do a tasting) than the cheese place. Helpful guide with good local knowledge.

Excellent tour!! The best part was actually our guide Craig who customized the tour and connected our small group. We enjoyed every bit! There were so many bonuses that made the whole experience special, like plenty of kangaroo sightings, a farm experience, and a lovely forest walk.

This was the perfect trip to blend wine tasting, cheese and chocolate tasting and seeing loads of wild kangaroos. Curt did a great job as our guide. He was really informative about the areas and was entertaining. The van was comfortable. If you only do one tour from Melbourne, this is the one to choose.
