Votre hôte est un Expert reconnu et Guide touristique du vin avec 35 ans d'expérience et une connaissance approfondie du vin et de la fabrication du vin à travers le monde. La dégustation se déroule dans le confort de notre caviste climatisé au cœur de la vieille ville de Carcassonne et se veut ludique et informelle. Vous aurez une conférence et une présentation de six à huit vins à déguster accompagnés d'un plateau de fromages légers et de charcuterie. Vous apprendrez à déguster des vins, l'histoire viticole locale de la région et tout sur la vinification et les cépages. Posez autant de questions que vous le souhaitez et devenez un Expert des vins de la région. Bien que la réservation minimale soit pour deux personnes, les clients seuls sont invités à se joindre aux dégustations qui sont déjà prévues. S'il vous plaît envoyez un message pour vous renseigner sur les dates disponibles si vous êtes un seul visiteur et souhaitez participer à une dégustation.

Alex was fantastic. Very welcoming and gave an informative and interesting presentation The wines sampled were lovely as was the charcuterie and cheese board. Would definitely recommend.

Alex was an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable host. Six of us attended on a drizzly day and we had a fabulous time. The wines we tasted were varied and the information that supported the tasting that explained how these differences are achieved was really interesting. The charcuterie was also a delicious bonus!

We had a really enjoyable and informative few hours with Alexander telling us all about how wine has been produced in this area over the centuries. We had an excellent selection of wines to taste accompanied by a delicious array of local cheeses and charcuterie. The whole experience was excellent value and we would highly recommend.

As a couple we booked this experience and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Alex was wonderfully knowledgable and able to translate his love of the wine, food and region to us in a way which made us fall in love with France, French culture food and wine even more. Alex is clearly an expert in his field who communicated an education to us which captivated us thoroughly, taking us on a journey, through the whole process of wine making, exploding myths and opening our eyes to new ways of appreciating the whole culture of wine, its history and the revolutions the industry has gone through throughout the ages. I couldnt recomend this experience more, great food, great wine and great company.

The owner provided us a wonderful wine tasting experience, Langaduc wine region overview and history. The food was a tasty compliment to the wine tasting. Would highly recommend this experience for novice and wine aficionados!

Alex was very knowledgeable. We tasted 6 lovely wines and the cheese/meat board was delicious as an accompaniment. When our taxi didn’t respond he even drove us back to our hotel. I would highly recommend doing this activity!!
